The rest of the Adventurers: archers, pirates, and thieves, have received their Hyper Skills! This includes Dual Blades, but for some reason excludes Cannon Shooter, haha. Nothing goes his way… first Mercedes, now this? The patch notes say that Cannon Shooter, the Resistance, AND the Knights of Cygnus will receive their Hyper Skills in a later update. Wait… Cygnus? But Hyper Skills are for level 140 or higher…

Halloween events were released as well! P.S. there were some changes to these Hyper Skills, if you wanna reread them~

The selling of Item Locks in the Cash Shop will soon be removed. Now we’ll be able to buy them for mesos, permanently! That’s a great decision by Nexon~

Pantheon is under attack, by Magnus and Hilla’s forces! Enter the Dimensional Portal and help the Nova race against the Dimension Invade!

There are a total of 5 stages where you must defeat waves of monsters. If too many monsters are alive at one time, you will be kicked out. You can also be taken to a hidden stage if your time is good enough! You must be level 140 or higher and in a party of 1 to 4 people to participate. Special rewards await those who do well~

Completing the regular stages will get you some of the items above. This includes Pantheon Gloves Pieces, of which if you collect all 4 you can get Pantheon Gloves.

If you complete the hidden stage Hilla’s Rage , you can get extra rewards. These include Advanced Pantheon Gloves Pieces and Nova equipment!

If you complete the hidden stage Hilla vs Magnus, you can get Shadow Seller Coins (used in Helisium), Necro Weapons, or even Helisium equipment!

Combine all 4 pieces to get either the Pantheon Gloves (12 to all stats, 8 attack and magic attack, 7 slots, untradeable upon equipping) or the Advanced Pantheon Gloves (18 to all stats, 12 attack and magic attack, 7 slots, untradeable upon equipping). Woah, these gloves are really, really good…

The Dimension Invade system also includes many new medals, which you can get for completing the stages a bunch of times, or randomly getting them in the hidden stages. Some of them have pretty good stats, 7 to all stats and 4 attack and magic attack? Yes please~

A new minigame, Rock Paper Scissors has been added! Right click and challenge your friends to a game! You can play a maximum of 20 games per day, and you get 1 Fame if you win but lose one if you lose, haha.

Dual Blades can now be created once more, to celebrate the release of its Hyper Skills!

There were some skill changes, which I will list now.

• Archmage (F/P): Megiddo Flame – range has been decreased.
• Archmage (I/L): Glacial Chain – Cooltime Reduce – cooldown reduction has been adjusted.
• Bowmaster: Phoenix – attack speed has been increased
• Bowmaster: Ultimate Flame Shot – damage has been decreased to 220% and number of hits has been increased to 4
• Bowmaster: Spirit Link: Phoenix – Phoenix now gives 15% resistance to states and elements
• Marksman: Freezer – attack speed has been increased
• Marksman: Sniping – damage on bosses has been decreased to 490% and number of hits has been increased to 9
• Marksman: Spirit Link: Freezer – Freezer now gives 15% resistance to states and elements
• Night Lord: Sudden Raid – now takes mastery into account
• Shadower: Muspelheim – number of monsters hit has been increased from 4 to 8
• Shadower: Meso Explosion – range has been increased
• Shadower: Shadow Instinct – duration has been increased from 60 seconds to 120 seconds
• Shadower: Assassinate – critical chance has been adjusted

The Hyper Skill Open Celebration event 2 has begun! It runs until October 31st.

At level 10, newly created archers, thieves, pirates, or Dual Blades will receive a Meso Bag, 100 Power Elixirs, a 7 day Teleport World Map, 5 Travelling Shop Myu Myus, and a 30 day Baby Tiger pet!

They’ll also receive free Cash equipment (Dual Blades on the left, Adventurers on the right).

At level 30, you’ll get a special version of your secondary weapon. At level 50, you’ll get the Free Archer’s Ring, Sharp Thief’s Ring, or the Gallant Pirate’s Ring.

At level 70, you’ll get a special weapon as well as a job specific Mystery Mastery Book!

The 2012 Halloween event has begun! It runs until November 4~ Looking good, vampire Phantom.

What’s Halloween without costumes? Each day you’ll receive one of the above costumes (Cash items) to wear, they last for one day.

You can collect 50 Halloween Candies from monsters around your level to get 50 Halloween Candy potions and a Halloween Pumpkin Badge Box, which gives you a badge with random stats that lasts until the end of this event.

You can also hunt monsters around your level for the Halloween Party Box, which you can open for various prizes.

Next up, every hour at XX:20 and XX:40, you’ll be invited to the Maple Action Hero map. Here, you’ll have to race against other Maplers to get to the end of the course the fastest within 5 minutes. Note: the last part with the conveyor belts is like impossible…

If you win, you get a Masquerade Gift Box and a Halloween Party Box. If you draw, you’ll get only a Masquerade Gift Box and if you lose, you’ll only get a Halloween Party Box.

You can also give out candy to friends, by right clicking and choosing the Halloween Candy Sharing option. This gives you fame and the person you give the candy to a box that they can open for items.

There’s way too many to list, but it includes potions, buffs (2x drop and 2x exp, as well as attack/magic attack), 80% Chaos Scroll, the Romantic Phantom and Opera Mask eye accessories (they expire) and scrolls.

Each day, the people who gave out the most candies will receive the Mini Pumpkin Witch Hat, which gives 15 to all stats, 8 attack and magic attack, 70 defense and magic defense, and 10 speed and 8 jump. If you were first, you’ll get a permanent version. 2nd gets a 50 day, 3rd gets a 40 day, and 4th and 5th get a 30 day version.

There’s also the Halloween Costume Festival, at the Maple Castle! Complete quests for Cygnus, Nineheart, Lania, Phantom, and Angelic Burster to receive prizes.

These include the Special Letter, Halloween Buffs, the Maple Castle VIP medal (7 attack and magic attack, loses stats after a certain date) and an Event Stamp.

There’s also the Halloween’s Star, where if you’re logged in at 8pm, you’ll have a chance to receive 1 of 7 items.
