MapleStory Destiny: Winter Showcase Announced
The 2021 winter update showcase has been announced! This winter will be the MapleStory Destiny update, and the showcase will take place on December 23. This pretty much confirms that the next KMST patch will be on that same day, but I doubt it will include the Adventurer remasters since that would leave only one week of testing.

Max, are you saying that the explorers changes will only come after day 30 december? Or is it possible before?

The test server patch on the 23rd will include whatever we’re gonna get on the 30th on the official server, but I don’t think that will be the adventurer update since that leaves only one week for testing. Its possible they’ll put it on the test server early though and just not put them in officially until January.
Ok, well Kobe would get anxious if that happens, i will just get sad if we get no explorer revamp in 23
Eesh, odd date for a showcase but if they’re not releasing the explorers in the first update then I wonder if they’re either going to even be coming to the test server on the same day?
Either way, I hope they give each class a decent showcase during the reveal.
I really hope that this update can introduce some starring pity system. It is seriously way overdue.
Skill changes(new skill or new job) always released in the 2nd part of the winter or summer version. I think the Adv skill change might go on Jan 20
I dont understand why anyone would demand the explorer revamps over anything else. Out of the like 50 classes available, the explorers are among the ones in best shape. Yes the idea of explorers being reworked sounds great but there are many other things that Nexon could or should work on before explorers. 1 – The crafting profession system sucks, you literally work to get to meister only so you can craft a couple items out of like hundreds available.2 – Monster farm sucks too.The way it works right now its just about saturating the land with as many premium items as possible, there is no reward for creativity or anything else, just spend on gems or wait for events. 3 – The legion shop is good but there are not enough ways to get coins and some item’s stock is too low (clean slates). 4 – The gap between the amount of mesos you need to reach end game items vs the amount of mesos you can get doing regular training is so fking wide that if any potential new player knew it they would quit before they started playing. Average 350 Billion mesos and then you get like 10 million per hour at most. We need another method for Meso Sinking instead of Star Force / Arcane Symbols.
Thats just the ones that come to mind mind right now. Im sure people would agree there are more.
