kMSt ver. 1.2.394 – Mercedes Changes!
Another patch has been released! Here are the skill changes for Mercedes~
- Final Attack: Dual Bowgun: now hits 2 times for 75% each.
- Gust Dive: delay was decreased.
- Ring of Ishtar: now hits 2 times for 105% damage each.
- Edge Spiral: name changed to Lightning Edge.
- Advanced Final Attack: Dual Bowgun: now hits 2 times for 105% each.
The second Hot Time event’s prizes have been announced! Be logged on at 2:30 pm on July 23 and you will get (for sure) 20 Legend Coins, a Character Slot Coupon, a Level Up Vial, and an Elf’s Tiara! The Legend Coins can be spent at the Shop of Legend, the Character Slot Coupon gives you a free character slot, and the Level Up Vial levels you up once!
The Elf’s Tiara is a bit special. It is a hat for all classes that gives 10 to all stats (It’s level 50 requirement by the way, Nexon Korea, when will you learn to use PNGs?!). However, if you wear it on a third or fourth job Mercedes, you get the bonus of 5 to all stats, 5 attack, and 10 speed! It requires a Share Name Tag to be moved through the account once, so either get all the items on your Mercedes, or get it on another and transfer the Tiara to your Mercedes by buying the Share Name Tag. Clever Nexon!
That’s not all! You also have a chance to win the Hero of Legend Badge again, and also many new items. You can win one of the Blazing Sun set items, a White Angelic Bless, a White or Dark Premium Symbol, a Cygnus’ Kohinoor, or an Almighty Ring!
kMSt ver. 1.2.393 – New World & DB Nerf?
This patch was so minuscule it didn’t even have patch notes haha. It did however open up the new world Elf, which will come to kMS when Mercedes is released on July 21. Just like the other worlds, getting level 70 will give you the Elf Bandana and getting level 100 will give you the Frontier Earrings.
Also I noticed I missed something in kMSt ver. 1.2.392, I guess I was too excited about Mercedes skills and quests haha. The Dual Blader skill Final Cut now gives only 40% extra damage, instead of the 140% it used to give. EDIT: Apparently this is just changed in the description to fix the error…
kMSt ver. 1.2.392 – Mercedes Storyline!
When she wakes up from her sleep, Mercedes realizes that her town is still frozen. She wants to leave to get help but she thinks that she’s not strong enough to tackle the slimes that are outside Eurel so she trains on the puppets inside. Then, she decides to finally go to the nearest town to ask for information, which turns out to be Ellinia. She starts asking about elves and that leads her to do a bunch of favours for people.
But while doing them, she gets a message from Phyllius, and goes back to Eurel to see that the three elders have been thawed out! They tell her to talk to Betty, who tells Mercedes to meet Helena in Henesys.
kMSt ver. 1.2.392 – Mercedes Skill Changes (again)!
A new patch has been released! Many skill changes ensue~ I also noticed that many quests were added to Mercedes! I will log on to kMSt soon and try them out! But for now, check out the skill changes~ The skill tables have been updated to reflect them as well!
kMSt ver. 1.2.391 – Mercedes Buffs & Thief Nerfs?
It looks like we won’t have to farm Legend Coins for the AP Reset! On July 9, there will be a Hot Time event where everyone will receive an AP Reset! You can also get some personality potions, a Legend Coin, and a Mysterious Love Letter, which gives some fame. NX items will be given out as well! Will you be lucky and get a Protect Shield, Miracle Cubes, or some other Cash item? Log on at 2:30 pm on Saturday and see~
New skill changes have appeared, and there’s even one for the forgotten thief class?
- Shadow Partner/Mirror Imaging: can no longer do more damage than the original damage it is copying.
Hmm… why would they add in this random change? When will the real thief and pirate rebalancing come? Only time will tell… There was also another change to the other classes, INT no longer has an effect on your maximum MP (unless you are a mage). To compensate, the formula for MP gain upon levelling has been changed.
You can only stay in the mining/herbalism maps for 10 minutes, rather than the 20 minutes that was previously announced.
The durability system has been renewed! All tablets now have a fixed 70% chance of passing. Failing one no longer breaks your item! Tablets now add more stats than regular scrolls.
Upon logging on, everyone receives a free Character Slot Coupon! (unless you have 15 slots) Another coupon will be available in the future through an event!
Mercedes’ magic arrows have been renewed~ They look much more magical now, haha. Also, the multiplier of the dual bowgun has been adjusted. Does that mean it is higher or lower?! Anyways, go past the cut to see Mercedes’ skill changes~
