Apology for Not Meeting Customer Expectations with the Cube Rate Reveal & Customer Conference Written Inquiry Answers
Two new notices today. The first is the Apology for Not Meeting Customer Expectations with the Cube Rate Reveal, which is a message from Director Won-ki about how they didn’t release sufficient information and the compensation plan they have prepared with the user advisory group.
The second is the Customer Conference Written Inquiry Answers which is an update to the Suggestions Notice Board from before, talking about their thoughts on 275 new questions.

Another notice about the user advisory group, with some more details and answers to questions that users had. Also I separated the important posts section on the sidebar into updates and notices because of the sheer number of them being released now lol.
User Advisory Group Activity Begins
A new notice on the MapleStory homepage about the user advisory group has been posted. It gives some more details on how it will be run and some of the topics they will be focusing on.
KMST ver. 1.2.120 – 64-Bit Client Testing & Developer Comments About the Discussion Board (4/29/2021)
The test server has been opened for a short period of time in order to test the 64-bit client. There are a couple new options which were added for this test as well.
In addition, on the MapleStory homepage, the developers released another notice commenting on the posts from the discussion board from the last month.
MapleStory Customer Conference Details
The MapleStory Customer Conference has announced the 10 players who were invited to the event to talk to the MapleStory team. There is also a new video from the director Kang Won-ki, and details on the event (which were released earlier but I didn’t make a post about it).
