MapleStory 2 – Priest!
Happy 9th anniversary to ThisIsGame~♡
A couple of new teasers have been released for MapleStory2, including another job, the Priest! Check past the cut for it. There’s also a small new event which I’ll talk about.
PRIEST
The priest is a miracle worker who follows the teachings of God. While shining a light on the battlefield with their Scepter, the Priest uses the same holy power to protect its allies. The Priest has a good nature and a warm heart, but when facing enemies who have sinned, they strike them down with divine light and give decisive punishment.

The Priest shares the teachings of God and was sent to the palace privately to help give emotional stability to others. With a divine aura, the Priest calms them and brightens their lives while staying at their sides.Holding their Scepter infused with holy power and blessed scriptures given to them by God, in order to help bring the world salvation, many walk the path of the Priest. However, it is not easy as only those that are gifted with patience and unshakable serenity, as well as intelligence and quick judgement can meet the qualifications.
Definitely sounds cool!
The event I wanted to talk about was the Commander Mask event! It was a surprise April Fool’s day event, it began on April 1 and ends on April 15. Basically, each day you can choose one of 9 Commander masks to wear haha. They last 1 day and are Cash items.
There’s really nothing else to it, except if you post a screenshot of you on the homepage you have a chance to win some prizes. Either way, very cute!

When is 5th job coming?
well lets see here, we got like what? 30+ jobs/classes?
Its gonna take a very long ass time for the developers to make 5th job….
exactly… even if 5th job is released there is no guarantee that it will be what we wanted to pleased with. better still put hope on maple story 2
Max I know I asked tis already but do you know when the tespia patches usually come? If they were to come I mean. I want to wear that Damien hat for sure haha.

I really don’t understand why they are making Maplestory 2 at the same time still developing content for the first game, I guess Nexon is big enough to hire more and more programmers and designers and other staff to work on both?
hopefully it will not suck in the long run…
That’s like saying that you don’t know why they have Dragon Nest, Vindictus, Mabinogi, Atlantica, Combat Arms, and Extraction as well. If you offer more services you can garner more cash. Nexon is a ‘for profit company’ with people on salary after all. A store sells more product to appeal to more customers. Not to mention, Maple has one of the widest base of differences between its customers. So many play the game for different reasons. By separating the power mongers who just want to spend NX for power and the kawaii hunters who just enjoy a cute story they’ll retain, recover, and bring in new customers.
