Overview

Similar to the Epic Dungeon: High Mountain, Angler Company is split into 8 stages. There are 3 stages of hunting/minigames, then a miniboss, then 3 more hunting/minigame stages, then the final boss. In all stages, you can hunt monsters or complete various mechanics to fill up the Energy Gauge to use special skills.

Stage 1 and Stage 5 feature an autorun platforming minigame, where you must defeat monsters to fill up the Energy Gauge then NPC Chat the computer to start controlling a mini robot. The robot will automatically move forwards over whichever platform it is currently on. The green platforms are always there, but the red and blue platforms are alternating, and you can use the Tab key to switch which colour platforms are active. You must do this with correct timing to lead the robot to the end of the stage.

Stage 2 and Stage 6 feature a ladder minigame, where you must defeat monsters to fill up the Energy Gauge then use the special skill to either connect the power source from the specified node at the top of the screen to the node at the bottom of the screen or lead the boss to the correct node at the bottom of the screen by placing wires in the correct spots.

Stage 3 and Stage 7 feature a special Angler Suit, that you can board after collecting 1000 Energy. After boarding it, you do a small jump quest while defeating monsters with the Railgun, and use the Tab key to alternate platforms like in Stage 1/5.

Stage 4 is the miniboss, the Angler Centurion. Periodically, it will charge a huge laser beam and you must use the Shield of the opposite colour to avoid it and absorb its attack as Energy. Then it will reveal its weak spot and you can use NPC Chat to aim and fire special attacks.

Stage 8 is the final boss, Triton. Triton’s heart will move around the map and you must hit it to weaken him, after which you can deal full damage for a small period of time. Periodically, it will activate a powerful attack that requires you to charge 1000 Energy to create a shield to avoid it.
