KMST ver. 1.2.194 – Surprise Wild Hunter Remaster!

Together with the previously expected skill changes for the remaining jobs (plus some additional changes to jobs touched in previous patches), they suddenly revealed the Wild Hunter remaster! There’s also the new World Archive system, which is actually really cute haha. There’s so much detail, new illustrations, and charming backstories as well as nostalgic throwbacks (for example, Chief Stan’s entry states that you definitely shouldn’t help with his request to deliver a letter, the previous person who accepted got stuck somewhere and never came back!)
Next week, I’ll be in LA for MapleCon so no post for the live server patch until I come back the week after probably!

When you use the skill, you can move diagonally upwards in the direction you are facing. You can use this skill with the down arrow key to move diagonally downwards. You can use this skill with the left or right arrow key to rush forwards. However, you cannot dash forwards while in the air.
If you are not riding the Jaguar, you can use this skill with the attack key to activate it. If you use the Custom Command, you can use this skill with just the skill key while not riding the Jaguar.

A new expedition has begun in the Dimensional Library. Help Thales investigate monsters and NPCs around the world to complete the encyclopedia.
The <World Archive> has been added.
- The World Archive is an account-based collection system, collected on a per-Maple ID basis.
- You can add information on Maple World’s monsters and NPCs to the encyclopedia. Defeating monsters or talking to NPCs will automatically register their information in the World Archive.
※ Grandis and Arcane River areas will be added in a future update.
How to Use the System
You can begin the World Archive by accepting the ‘[Dimensional Library] World Archive Project 1, 2, 3’ quest. When you complete the related quests, you will be able to access the World Archive UI through the full menu.
※ Characters level 100 or higher that have completed the ‘[Dimensional Library] Please Visit the Dimensional Library’ quest can do this through the NPC Librarian Thales.
※ The quest progress is shared between all worlds, and you can only complete it 1 time per Maple ID.




You can check your encyclopedia collection status and search for each area’s monsters and NPC information through the World Archive UI.
- World Select Screen
- You can select from Maple World, Grandis, Arcane River, or the Appendix.
- Clicking each button will take you to the corresponding world’s region select screen.

- A list of regions within the selected world will be displayed. You can check each region’s collection progress.
- The filter feature lets you search by ‘All’, ‘In Progress’, or ‘Completed’ status. You can search by region name or collection record name.
- Clicking each region button will take you to the region’s detailed collection screen.

- You can switch between region/NPC/monster information through the Category tab buttons, and check each record’s information.

A Quick Move shortcut key has been added. The Quick Move button’s size has been made slightly larger.
If the Maple Guide minimized UI is closed and you log out and log back in, the minimized Maple Guide UI will no longer be displayed automatically. However, if you can start or are in progress of a main quest or job advancement quest, the minimized Maple Guide UI will be displayed when you log in.
The Profession Skill UI’s craft rate text has been hcanged to acquisition rate upon success.
You can no longer use Sequences while Violetta’s Lie Detector is activating.
You can now click the Delivery Arrived notification in the Unified Notifications window to open the delivery claim UI.
In the Maple Auction, if an item has had its appearance changed with an Anvil, an Anvil icon will now be displayed on the item.
A Close button has been added to the Hideout Stamp UI. You can activate the Hideout Stamp UI again by logging into the game or by talking to Hoon.
In the Return Scroll stat selection UI, a notification has been added for when no stat changes occur.

To add on to this, the V version is fine, but the VI version is the one that says 1205692%. It also doesn’t say “Bombard Tempest VI”, so it might be confusing at first.
Unless they decided that’s how Captain is gonna be balanced!

WH revamp looks alright but I wish they kept some of the more iconic skills like Rampage As One/Exploding Arrows. Removing all the different variants of Jaguars was also a terrible move. The new Jaguar looks worse than the old ones.
I hate that they keep making Demon Awakening more condensed. Demon Impact is ugly. Let me use the better looking skill.

with the Wild Hunter Remaster they changed his lvl 190 hyper buff for liberty skill of the resistance, that looks rly nice
so kms changed the effect for other resistance classes as well

Yes the Special page is for mobs from the Union Champion Raid + reward boxes for Adversary/Limbo/Baldrix, reward is the Jade Warmaster Cube Chair (mob from the Champion Raid).
The current Origin looks spectacular. Will it no longer be possible to use the Jaguar individually? And also not to dismount it? Now, it seems like a very easy character, but it also seems like it has more powers that will benefit from the Coldaw Hat CD? Approximately when will these changes be coming to GMS? I’m very anxious.
All combat is done on the Jaguar now, you can get off but you won’t be able to use most skills. This will probably come to GMS in 5-6 months roughly

Nexon for whatever reason lists out 5th job skill changes at level 25 instead of 30.
Yeah Nexon writes out 5th job skill changes for level 25 and I don’t want to write (at level 25) for every single line. If it’s a new skill/significantly changed where I translate the whole skill, I do it for level 30 to make it easier. Usually I do put a disclaimer near the top for this but I forgot this time, will add just to make it clear!
