MapleStory Customer Conference Details
The MapleStory Customer Conference has announced the 10 players who were invited to the event to talk to the MapleStory team. There is also a new video from the director Kang Won-ki, and details on the event (which were released earlier but I didn’t make a post about it).
Developer Comments on Opinions Left on the Discussion Board (3/25/2021)
The dreaded blue Maple Admin banner once again… this time it’s comments from the developers about things people posted on the discussion board!
KMS ver. 1.2.346 – Yeti x Pink Bean World!
The Yeti x Pink Bean World is open, where you can make your own Pink Bean or the new Yeti character! There’s also the Solo Army vs Couple Army event and the return of Haste. Other than that, the patch includes various improvements and bug fixes.
This is the first real patch since Nexon said they would be more transparent, they now include Developer Notes for various changes and also, yesterday they released a notice with a few additional changes they would make from KMST to KMS based on feedback from users. I’ll include those notes in these patch notes (in the Yeti x Pink Bean World section and the change to skills that affected unattackable enemies).
Customer Conference Schedule & KMS ver. 1.2.345 – Compensation & Probability Items Update
The notices have been non-stop this month lol. Another new notice has been released, this time it’s Sharing the Customer Conference Schedule, the date when the conference with MapleStory players which was mentioned previously will take place has been announced along with other information.
In addition, there was an official server patch to add the compensation mentioned before as well as updates to the probability items’ descriptions to be more accurate and clear.
Preparing a Customer Conference & Apology for Inappropriate Term Usage
Two more notices have been posted on the MapleStory homepage! The first is ‘We are Preparing a Customer Conference.’ where they say they are going to hold a conference with MapleStory customers in April to discuss changes to MapleStory. The second is ‘We Apologize for the Discomfort Caused by our Usage of Inappropriate Terminology.’ which talks about explaining some of the inappropriate terms used in-game.
