Phantom of the Past!
A new PV has been released on the MapleStory homepage! It reveals a bit more of Phantom’s past, including Shinsoo, Aria, and Freed. I guess Nexon did dub over this video for the MapleStory Justice trailer!
As you can see, Aria is holding the Skyia, a treasure mentioned in the Phantom tutorial, does this mean that Aria was the Empress? Before Cygnus?
kMSt ver. 1.2.413 – Phantom Storyline & Party Content Changes!
Lots of new things have been added within this patch! This includes party quest changes, Monster Park changes, Phantom skill changes, and even the Phantom storyline!
This is the Phantom’s tutorial! Basically, Hilla comes to Ereb to meet Empress Cygnus. She gives her the treasure of Ereb, the Skyia, which shines with light when in the hands of an empress. Hilla demands that Cygnus vacates the throne and reveals herself, as Hilla believes she is the righteous empress! Phantom arrives to help thwart Hilla’s plan.

kMS ver. 1.2.148 – The Beginning of the Counterattack!
The first patch of the Justice update has been released! The Beginning of the Counterattack is now available! This enormous patch includes a ton of thief and pirate changes, Legend class nerfs, minor Adventurer changes, the Christmas event, a Neo City reorganization, and many new core systems!
Read past the cut for more information! There’s even a new entry in Inkwell’s Secret Diary! The skill changes are at the end because there’s a lot of them~

Maplestory Justice Update!
It is confirmed, the next update is called MapleStory Justice! The new Thief and Pirate images look very cool! But who is that character in the middle?
On December 15, the Beginning of the Counterattack, the Thief and Pirate update will be released. And even more exciting, on December 29, the Phantom (Thief hero) will be released! On January 12, a new town called Aswan will be released~
One by one, the Black Mage’s army has been making themselves known, spreading the dark forces of their master. Through the catastrophe and chaos, through the misunderstanding and distrust, the reborn thieves and pirates will emerge spectacularly! And at the same time, another hero will be shaking the Maple World, freeing towns from the grasp of the Black Mage!

Inkwell’s Secret Diary: Entry #3!
Just a rush of new information coming in, this is the third entry in Inkwell’s Secret Diary!
December 2, 2011. I saw a mysterious air ship in the sky. I wonder who was riding it? Or where its headed?
Does this have to do with the new Justice update? Does it have to do with the previously shown Black Wings member? So many questions, so little answers!!
P.S. I worked it out with Spadow, and I’m just going to use his videos from now on! It’s easier that way for me, and plus his translations are higher quality~ Even when he’s stopped blogging, he hasn’t stopped blogging!
