kMS ver. 1.2.191 – Soul Weapons and Mercedes & Phantom Balancing!
The March update has been released! This patch includes the new Soul Weapon system, season 1 of the job balancing, changes to party quests, Monster Park, and Monster Carnival, as well as some new options and the new widescreen resolution!
kMSt ver. 1.2.474 – Further Balancing and Changes
Another Tespia patch has been released with some more changes to the things added last patch. I’ll talk about them after, but right now I’m super excited to say, I’m finally level 200! It took me 3 and a half years, but I did it haha (notice the pre-Big Bang UI). Sadly there’s no more blue message, I still got the Sniper Lord medal, Red Dragon mount, and Echo of the Hero though.
kMS ver. 1.2.190 – Small Changes and Events!
A small patch has been released, changing some stuff about party quests and Monster Park and giving us a couple of new events. They changed the experience and drop penalty system to have a smaller effect, although the old penalty if you were 21 levels above a monster will now be applied when you are 31 levels above them.
By the way, I’m not sure I mentioned this, but a while back, they changed it so the experience penalty applied to monsters above 150. It made everything terrible for higher levels, we even get lowered experience at Stronghold…

kMS ver. 1.2.189 – Golden Week and Cash Updates!
Well it’s been a while since the last patch in both Tespia and the real server, and we still don’t know the next Cygnus to be updated (although the patch will be on March 21!) so I decided to do a sort of filler post haha. It includes a small event that was added as well as all the new Cash items that were added this month that I thought you guys should know about, since I usually skip over them.
Also, my friend Andy (Asinine) has reached level 201! Congratulations~ I don’t think he’s going any further though, haha. Oh yeah, I misread the patch notes a while back, you DO gain 5 AP when levelling past 200, just no SP.
kMS ver. 1.2.189 – Cygnus Returns: Wind Archer!
The second patch in the Cygnus Returns update has been released, including a newly reorganized Wind Breaker, the highest level area in MapleStory Twilight of Perion, as well as a large world merge (like huge) and some events!
They even increased the maximum number of character slots to 30! Read on for more information~
