KMS ver. 1.2.409 – MapleStory X One Punch Man!
The newest live server patch features the second anime collaboration, MapleStory X One Punch Man! Almost exactly one year after Demon Slayer, this event features a limited-time job, Saitama, as well as various events and cosmetics. The patch also includes some more skill balancing and QoL changes.
The winter showcase Crown is coming up on December 13! Looking forward to seeing what the winter update will bring 🙂
Read more…KMST ver. 1.2.195 – Winter Showcase Date and New Anime Collab: One Punch Man!
This week’s test server patch featured a surprise anime collab, One Punch Man! Since it’s an event, I’ll cover it in the live server post but just like the Demon Slayer collab, you can play as Saitama and get various One Punch Man themed items and outfits. Other than that, this patch just includes some more skill changes and a few QoL updates.
In addition, during the Maple Now stream, they announced the 2025 winter showcase: Crown, on December 13! The first winter update patch will be on December 18, so I’m betting the first patch will be kind of small since there will only be 5 days in between for the test server afterwards.

Read more…MapleStory Summer 2025 Showcase – Assemble!
The MapleStory Summer 2025 showcase Assemble took place yesterday, detailing what content will be added in the coming months. The first patch will include a new Anima warrior job, Len, the second patch will release new 6th job skills for all classes, and the third patch will add a new boss. And of course it all comes with a bunch of QoL improvements and features, and various events such as enhanced Hyper Burning and Challengers World.
Following the showcase, the test server was updated with the new job. Since it’s an Anima class, all of its skills are written in Hanja which makes translations more difficult and time-consuming, so we’ll see when I can finish the post by.

The second patch of the MapleStory NEXT update has been released, featuring the new Union Champion and Champion Raid systems! Compared to KMST, they increased the difficulties of the Champion Evaluation missions.
The next official server patch will be on February 20, with the new boss Baldrix, so we can expect a test server update a week before that.

The January update’s test server patch was released yesterday, with the new Union Champion system. That’s the bulk of it, along with some corresponding changes and other QoL. This will be coming to the official server next week! Director Changseop also did a Maple Now stream going over the patch as well as some tidbits about Baldrix.
