Inkwell’s Secret Diary – Captain! Battleship Raid!
Bounce! Bounce! Bombs bounce!
Looks like the first new Captain (Corsair in GMS) skill has been released! The image was called Cruiser Artillery, so maybe that’s the skill name. It looks sort of fun to use haha, the bombs bounce! Also, the return of the Battleship that was removed in the Justice update, although I think it’s just part of the skill effects now (like Viper’s energy-man-guy).
Maybe we’ll be receiving the thief and pirate updates together in Tespia this week~ Oh yeah, did you guys watch E3? If you don’t wanna spoil yourself don’t read past the cut, haha.
10th Anniversary History!
Nexon posted this video yesterday, it’s really cute and details many of the things that have been added to MapleStory! It doesn’t really tell us anything new but I wanted to show it to you guys, check past the cut for translations!
kMS ver. 1.2.175 – Archer, Thief, Pirate Hyper Skills & Halloween!
The rest of the Adventurers: archers, pirates, and thieves, have received their Hyper Skills! This includes Dual Blades, but for some reason excludes Cannon Shooter, haha. Nothing goes his way… first Mercedes, now this? The patch notes say that Cannon Shooter, the Resistance, AND the Knights of Cygnus will receive their Hyper Skills in a later update. Wait… Cygnus? But Hyper Skills are for level 140 or higher…
Halloween events were released as well! P.S. there were some changes to these Hyper Skills, if you wanna reread them~
kMSt ver. 1.2.452 – Archer, Thief, and Pirate Hyper Skills & Dimension Invade!
Finally the Hyper Skills for the rest of the adventurers, including Dual Bladers, have been released! However, this does not include Cannon Shooters for some reason, haha. In addition, a new content called the Dimension Invade has been added~
kMS ver. 1.2.164 – The Prelude of the Tempest!
The first patch of the Tempest update has been released! It doesn’t include much… other than job advancement changes. It’s really weird… there’s only one Tempest quest, no coins, no shop, nothing. I have no idea what Nexon Korea is thinking!
However, we now know the dates of the rest of the updates! July 12 (Choice of Light and Darkness), July 26, August 9, and August 23.
