- When fighting monsters a certain level higher than your character or a certain level lower than your character, the experience and mesos you will receive will be decreased in proportion to the level difference.
- Starting at -11 until -40, you’ll gain less and less experience until its 70% exp, continuing until -200.
- Starting at +11 until +20, you’ll gain less and less experience until its 90% exp. Starting at +21 , it will be 70% exp and decrease much faster, until it is 10% exp at +32 or higher.
- This does not apply to bosses.

- EunWol’s
Bind Area: deals 700% damage 3 times

Arcane Equipment
The new equipment system Arcane Symbol has been added.
- Through content in the new area Arcane River, you can raise your character’s main stats and Arcane Force stat.
- Arcane Force is required in the Arcane River area for various activities. If it is low, you will be disadvantaged but if it is high, you will receive benefits. (similar to Star Force)
- You can get different kinds of Arcane Symbols in each of the Arcane River’s areas.
- Currently, there are only two kinds: the Arcane Symbol and the Arcane Symbol: Road of Vanishing. In the future, you will be able to obtain the Arcane Symbol: Chu Chu Island and Arcane Symbol: City of Dreams.
- Arcane Symbols can be equipped to increase your Arcane Force and main stat. The main stat given by Arcane Symbols is not affected by % stat increasing potential lines or additional options, it is a flat boost.
- While equipped, duplicate Arcane Symbols can be combined into equipped ones to give them experience.
- When an Arcane Symbol is at 99% growth experience, you can level it up by paying a meso fee (for me, it was 10m/20m/30m for level 2/3/4).
- Arcane Symbols can go up to level 10.
5th Job Advancement
The 5th job advancement system has been added.
Characters can begin the 5th job advancement quests in the Temple of Time at level 200 if they have completed the Kao quest line in Temple of Time beforehand.
- Collect 3 Arcane Stones from the Maple World’s Goddess (given for free), Grandis’ Goddess (defeat Magnus, it seems any difficulty will work), and Masteria’s Goddess (find the Horizon portal in Fallen World Tree within 5 minutes). They can be found in special Horizon portals in Henesys, Pantheon, and Fallen World Tree.
- Arcane Stones can be activated one at a time, and when they have been active for 2 hours, they will be complete. Even if you log off while they are activated, the remaining time required will not be reset.
- After an Arcane Stone’s activation is complete, there is an 8 hour cooldown before you can activate another one. This 8 hour cooldown will continue to go down even if you are not logged in.
- This means that to complete the 5th job advancement, you need a minimum of 22 hours (2 hours for the first stone, 8 hour cooldown, 2 hours for the second stone, 8 hour cooldown, 2 hours for the third stone).
- While an Arcane Stone is active, it will collect all experience that your character gains. After you advance, these stones will become Experience Potions that you can use to receive that experience once again.
- After all 3 have been activated, you can advance to 5th job!
The goal of the 5th job advancement system and 5th job skills are the following:
- To not radically change the existing battle patterns.
- To add new battle experiences.
- To continue to grow stronger.
We have created a foundation that meets the three conditions above, and through future updates, new skills, equipment, systems, and content will continue to be added.
The 5th job skill system V Matrix has been added.
- You can install V Cores to acquire new skills and enhance existing ones.
- V Cores are split into 3 types: Skill Cores, Enhancement Cores, and Special Cores.
- Skill Core: if installed, you can acquire new skills
- Enhancement Core: if installed, you can enhance existing skills
- Special Core: only one can be installed, but if you satisfy its conditions you can get special abilities
- You can take your Skill Cores and Enhancement Cores to the Arcane River area’s town to the NPC Achelle and combine the same types of V Cores to rank them up.
- All V Cores can be enhanced up to rank 20. However, enhancement skills unlocked by Enhancement Cores can go up to level 40. (this will make more sense when you read below)
- You can also disassemble V Cores to get V Core Pieces. These pieces will be used in the Maker Mode system which allows you to create Cores (not currently implemented).
- You can acquire V Cores by using Core Gemstones. Core Gemstones can be acquired through monster drops in the Arcane River area. They are tradeable!
- When you first advance at level 200, there will be 4 slots available in the V Matrix. Every 6 levels after that, you will unlock another slot.
- Note: I realize that this doesn’t match up with the total of 21 slots per page. Maybe at higher levels, it unlocks slots more frequently? It also says there are ‘other conditions’ that can unlock slots but I don’t know what they are.
- Note: There are arrows that allow you to go to other V Matrix pages, but they don’t work yet. This might mean you can have more V Cores installed at one time or it will be like Rune Pages in League of Legends, where you can switch between ones for specific situations.
How does it work?
- Collect Core Gemstones.
- Open them to receive V Cores. This is random and you can receive both duplicates (used to level up your skills) and Cores for other jobs (useless). However, there is a larger chance of getting cores that your job can use.
- Install the Cores you would like to use. This will give you access to the new skills unlocked with Skill Cores, the skill enhancements with Enhancement Cores, and special abilities with Special Cores. The levels of the skills that Cores unlock depend on their rank (e.g. rank 2 Core will unlock a level 2 skill).
- You can level up your skills by combining Cores of the same kind. (e.g. combine a duplicate Arrow Rain Core with your installed one to give it experience). When a Core has gained enough experience, it will rank up, increasing the level of the skill.
- NOTE: All Skill Core skills can go up to level 20.
- NOTE: All Enhancement Core skills can go up to level 40.
- NOTE: All Special Core skills can go up to level 1.
Here’s a short video with an overview of how to use the new system.
Skill Cores
New skills that can be acquired by installing Skill Cores have been added. Buff duration/cooldown reduction/cooldown resets do not affect 5th job skills.

Enhancement Cores
Enhancement Cores that enhance existing skills’ damage have been added. Each Enhancement Core can increase the damage of up to 3 skills, depending on the base Core and it’s 2 adjectives. They will all stack together and increase the individual skills’ Enhancements.
For example, I have the Stormy and Trembling Flame Shot core, which increases the level of Flame Shot Enhancement and also Hurricane Enhancement (Stormy) and Quiver Cartridge Enhancement (Trembling). If that was a rank 1 Core and I also had a rank 3 Firey and Trembling Hurricane core, I would have level 4 Enhancements for all 3 skills.
Enhancement Core skills all increase the final damage of corresponding skills by 2~4% per level, with a max level of 40. When they reach certain levels, they will also give additional stats.
- Level 20: +1 monsters hit (some skills will not receive this bonus)
- Level 40: +20% defense ignore

This did not lead to the imagination if 5th job
first!
second!
Wow, going from 50 sp required to 20?
that’s… underwhelming to say the least.
you are not using SP for any skills for 5th job. to level them up you have to farm cores of the same kind.
Are link skills still limited to one character per day, dood?
And I’m not sure if I understand this correctly, but there’s still a 30% gap for critical damage? If I had 100% critical damage, my minimum will be 70%?
Yes they are.
If you have 100% critical damage, your minimum critical damage will be 120% and your maximum critical damage will be 150%.
Max, you mean 120% and 150%, right?
Oh oops, my bad. Yeah it should be 120%/150%.
Correct. To make sure you don’t see the same numbers all the time there’s a set space, but that’s also pretty fucked up..
But I like seeing the same numbers all the time!
Prinny rule #1! You shall always include the word “dood” in every line you say!
Sorry, dood! Sometimes people don’t take prinnies seriously when they keep saying dood all the time, dood.
Critical damage is so weird, dood. But I understand now, dood. Thanks Max, dood!
That’s disgusting to me having my crit damage range more than 1%…
I liked control over my critical range…
Sounds like fun! 😀 RIP buying NX
What do you mean RIP buying nx? 😮
Max could you explain how do we increase the 5th job skill lvl? i dont get it ><
also does the core’s stat affected by potentials? cause +500dex as example for somoene who has like 100% dex will be +5k? or just 500…
No, Arcane Symbol’s stat boosts are not affected by % stat boosts.
I can’t really explain it any better, if you watch my video you can see it in action and maybe that will help.
as i thoughts =\ about arcane symbol’s stat, and i’ll check your video, thanks.
The Enhancement Cores System..is it temporary? what it does?
Enhancement Cores increase the final damage of your skills (and can also increase # of monsters hit/defense ignore if you get them high enough). They are permanent as long as you have them installed in your V Matrix.
i got it now, but how do you have so many slots if by lvl 209 you should have only 5?
Oh that was a video from an older test server patch where they just unlocked all the slots for everyone, I do have only 5 slots now 🙂
How does the Arcan Symbol work for Xenon? Will it give all stats?
Yep, it gives STR/DEX/LUK.
Hey Max, can you explain what “Elda” is from the plot’s perspective?
I’m really curious!
Elda Nova’s description seems to suggest that’s its some kind of universal force, like Mana, Aura, the Force, the energy gathered for a Spirit Bomb, but I would like some clarification
sorta wanted to ask this while you are fresh around but…
for the Absolab/stigma coin.
All that I need is 25 weak/A Grade stuff right?
current on gms it says “30 grade A and 1 grade S” But it’ll change to “25 grade A or 1 grade S” right?
or is the “and” a typo? Cuz I really don’t think I’ll be getting Grade S anytime soon :C
Thanks!
Unless I’m reading it wrong, I believe so…
hopefully someone can confirm~
Atm I’m painfully doing the quests daily in case it is true :C
Well, I got 50 cores in GMS and can’t exchange, but Max has translated it as “or” since day 1. Meaning they changed it in GMS.
Well, I got 50 Grade A cores in GMS and can’t exchange, but Max has translated it as “or” since day one. Meaning they most likely changed it in GMS.
Because you needed one or the other in KMS’s Mechanical Grave since day 1, but you need both in GMS.
Oops, this is my bad. I asked my friend and he said it is 25 A Cores + 1 S Core for 1 Absolabs Coin, and the same for Stigma Coins. I’ll fix it!
Hi, Can you give more detail on lvl 200 set please? Thanks!
Yes please! Maybe should us their stats and all of their pieces
It’s not released yet
there is no detail other than what was posted in the last post, It wont be out or in the data for a while.
Omg are u kidding me, v job skill core is only up to lv 20? Look at ds’s v job changes. From lv 1 to lv 20 only increase its final damage by 2%, critical by 10% and skill duration by 19 sec but no increase in skill damage? Is demon slayer gonna forever remain at the bottom of thr food chain?
few questions:
1. can you equip two of the same core? for example, two max level sharp eyes to stack the passive effect
2. you said the enhancement cores max out at level 40 but is the final damage increase to each skill capped?
for example, if I have core X at level 30 that gives a bonus to skills A, B, and C and core Y at level 30 that gives a bonus to skills A, D, and E. Will skill A receive a final damage bonus of 60 levels?
1. nope, you can only equip one of the same type Skill core.
2. Yes, it is capped at level 40. In that situation, you will have level 40 of skill A and level 30 of B/C/D/E.
thanks!
My question is, is the 30 second thing on the map done for just non reboot servers? Because this really really kills farming on Reboot servers.
My question is, is the drop being 30 seconds just for non reboot servers. This will hamper farming big time on Reboot servers because its hard to even get around a map in 30 seconds especially as a Kanna because of the amount of monsters spawning and dying. It just seems counter productive to farming mesos at this point to make it 30 seconds.
I don’t have a character in Reboot but I’m pretty sure it’s for all servers since it didn’t specify ‘not Reboot’ in the patch notes.
Screw 5th job fr. This update as disappointing as buccs loosing transformation in big bang. Just another hyper skill + decent skills? OK. Lots have changed my friends.
After the stat adjustment(the removal of min/max critical, accuracy, etc), what change they made to the character card?
Well you guys ! My dream of having easier access to link skills came true ! I always wanted it to be a window where there are all the link skills and you just choose them. Done !
wow, what the heck is that for mechanic’s skill? Hey Max, do you know if mech’s 5th job skills is affected by Robot Mastery? Otherwise that’s really discriminatory of Nexon.
“now apear faster”
hey max. i really want to understand somehting. they said magic defense was removed. what does it mean for magican classes? int used to give magic defense.. and they all also have a skill which provide 15-30% of magic defense as physical defense. does this mean now that int will give nothing (no more magic defense) and that this skill which transfer magic def into phys def will do nothing now? thank you and i hope you can answer that.
Magic Armor gives +100 defense now
ohh wow sucks. but thank you for replay. so it just became a skill that gives nothing. 100 defese is just nothimg. do you know what happens to all the magic defense given by INT ? does it turn into defense and int gives defense or now int gives nothing ? thank you
Based on the hover descriptions on the character stat window:
STR – gives nothing except dmg for warriors and pirates
DEX – gives damage reduction from higher level mobs, avoid rate, and dmg for archers and pirates
INT – gives nothing except dmg for magicians
LUK – gives avoid rate and dmg for thieves
Thank you so much !! But wasnt avoidability removed ? Or does avoic chance from dex and luck means now like dodge chance ? That its not increase avoid flat but chance to avoid/dodge ?.
Also too bad its 5th job and almost no class has reduce dame from %hp attacks only paladic and minhile
I guess it is dodge rate now yeah.
Am i the only one not impressed by this 5th job, we got 1 new skill and a bunch of enhanced lower class job skills, some of which we dont even use anymore, should have been called “omni job” since the name “enhancement system is being used already
Omni-System*
No, you are not the only 1. But since they said that 5th job is still a “work-in-progress”, I’m not gonna say anything about having only 1 new skill at 5th job at the moment. The nerfs however, are a major turnoff.
Lol Pause the video at 5:26 and thank me later.
theres noting on the video at 5:26 lol ^^
Max can you show some of the maps with their layout changed? It may be a little troublesome but I am quite curious how did they changed it.
I remember in U&I update they basically made every map 10x bigger
So every class have 1 active skill for 5th job?
No, you can have your own specific class’s skill and the general job skill. And in addition to those two, you can also get Elda Nova/Blink/Rope Connect/Elda’s Will/Decent skills.
Really? Those new skills & link skills were initially capped at level 50 and now its capped at 20? If that’s not a nerf, I have no idea what is that then…
Why even bother capping at 50 at test server when they are just gonna cap it at 20 in the actual server? Trolling players much?
if you bother to see the major changes they did in the last test patch, dropping them to 20 at least makes them equal to what you’re getting out of em vs lvl 50 for the same exact thing at the max lvl.
they capped them at 50 at the test server cause it’s exactly that, a test to see how to rebalance them before they make it to the real server. from what it looked like they could have even increased the max to 100 before they did the hefty nurf that we all knew was coming.
I find this disappointing:
Pet loot change to 30 seconds. (Why? this only makes looting harder than it already is thanks to how laggy GMS is.)
Skills being decreased from level 50 to 20(why is that?)
Cooldowns added to Decent Skills and a pointless cooldown to rope (3 seconds). (not that it is important but seems kinda dumb since if you are going to buff up for a boss, waiting 180 seconds to rebuff is just stupid.)
Status Resist change once again, affecting us in bosses.
Honestly, 5th job patch is much more disappointing then I thought.
This update…just makes it easier to quit the game.
Its the last nail in the coffin. Maple is finally going to die.
Agreed, whoever responsible for the hype and nerfs should just kill themselves, what’s the point when the actual content is a complete crap to what they actually promised. (Just look at test server content VS official patch content…)
To those who insists that this is still a work in progress, stop trying to force your optimism on others, the fact that they even include a MAJOR nerf from test server to actual server is a huge turnoff.
all the nurfs were in the last test patch. please learn to read.
You are the one who needs to learn2read. What I was referring to was those new 5th job skills and the decent skills that got a FURTHER nerf hammer after being released to the server while at maxed level. Not convinced? I can compare some of the example. Take for example:
Test server:
Evan’s elemental blast
Level 1: Consumes 1000 MP. Use 4 consecutive magic spells that deal 520% damage 6 times on up to 15 enemies with an additional 100% critical rate. Cooldown: 60 seconds.
Level 50: Consumes 1000 MP. Use 4 consecutive magic spells that deal 1500% damage 6 times on up to 15 enemiess with an additional 100% critical rate. Cooldown: 60 seconds
Actual:
[max level: 20]
Level 1: Consumes 1000 MP. Use 4 consecutive magic spells that deal 520% damage 6 times on up to 15 enemies with an additional 100% critical rate. Cooldown: 60 seconds.
Level 20: Consumes 1000 MP. Use 4 consecutive magic spells that deal 900% damage 6 times on up to 15 enemies with an additional 100% critical rate. Cooldown:60 seconds.
Let’s compare another skill if you are still NOT convinced:
Night lord’s spread throw
Test:
Level 1: Consumes 1000 MP. For 41 seconds, when using Throw skills, they will throw stars in various directions all at once. Lucky Seven/Triple Throw: 4 extra directions. Quadruple Throw: 3 extra directions. Cooldown: 180 seconds.
Level 50: Consumes 1000 MP. For 90 seconds, when using Throw skills, they will throw stars in various directions all at once. Lucky Seven/Triple Throw: 4 extra directions. Quadruple Throw: 3 extra directions. Cooldown: 180 seconds.
VS
Actual:
Level 1: Consumes 1000 MP. For 41 seconds, when using Throw skills, they will throw stars in various directions all at once. Lucky Seven/Triple Throw: 4 extra directions. Quadruple Throw: 3 extra directions. Cooldown: 180 seconds.
Level 20: Consumes 1000 MP. For 60 seconds, when using Throw skills, they will throw stars in various directions all at once. Lucky Seven/Triple Throw: 4 extra directions. Quadruple Throw: 3 extra directions. Cooldown: 180 seconds.
While you argue that the max level of the actual server is lowered, a nerf is a nerf. They could have left the max skill level at level 50 if they felt that having the effect of the level 50 skill on a level 20 is too “overpowered”.
@Lore guy Screw off, just admit that fact that Nexon doesn’t care about 5th job. They hyped people for nothing. The fact that they nerfed the skill levels down for no apparent reason is just plain dumb choice made by them. This game is just dying and you know it.
I love it when amateur kids think they can develop games better than big companies. Do you REALLY think adding more than one skill for 5th job will do you any justice? For all 35+ classes? Lmao.
I just lost all my hype for 5th job. When I saw the high level skills and the arcane stones could go and all the passive boosts I was very much pleased. I thought: “Hey, it could take a while but this actually feels like the be all end all. A satisfactory complement for the grind to 250.”
But then they reduced the passive boosts and now lowered all the levels so even the arcane stones are capped at 10 rather than 100. Basically breaking what was already a pretty dang good model and for Nexon, good models do not make.
I think now I can finally say: Screw MapleStory, and screw Nexon. Unless they revert what was before or improve it, I’m done.
I think you underestimate the time it’ll take to level up cores.
You need duplicate copies to add skill exp to them.
Also, the fact that there’s skill exp, represented by a bar.
This means that later on, core fusion probably adds SIGNIFICANTLY less than a full sp worth, otherwise, why add an exp bar in the first place?
Even if it WAS just: 1 level for every duplicate core you add to them, you’d still need to get TWENTY COPIES FOF A SINGLE CORE.
This means you need to get more than one of the EXACT SAME CORE, and each character in the game has like 10 cores to call their own counting enhancement cores, and core gemstones don’t always yield ones for your job
You’ve got hundreds of possible cores to get out of Core Gemstones, and you only need/can use around 10 of them, at most.
Also, the passive boosts, I know nothing about how badly the %final damage was nerfed, because Max didn’t cover them in tespia iirc.
But now everything gets an extra line.
Depending on the skill, that can be an extra 10%-40% damage.
Yes, getting more lines still affects DPS, but only if the damage per line isn’t reduced to compensate for it.
EX: I have a skill that hits 6 times for 360% damage, that’s a total of 2160% of the damage i’d hit with a thwack
I get an extra line on that skill. DISREGARDING any changes in raw damage (range), I now hit 7 times for 360% damage. That’s a total of 2480%.
My damage output just increased by 18%, and that stacks MULTIPLICATIVELY with any changes in %final damage or %damage point
Not to mention that you unlock extra core slots on the V Matrix by leveling up past 200.
So, unless you expected to grind your way to 250 casually (as in, less than 30-40% of your play time spent grinding) and still not be finished with your 5th job skills, that’s just unrealistic.
The more content you partake in, the faster farming the cores will be, and the slower grinding will be, the more time you spend grinding, the less time you have for farming core gemstones.
So, say you play 5 hours each day.
You strike a balance between grinding and content/events:
2 hours of grinding, 3 ours of content/events
Hey Max, I was wondering what the last line on Mercedes’s Elemental Ghost works. From my understanding, every time I link a skill it would decrease Elemental Ghost’s cooldown, right? I’m just curious because I’m thinking about playing a combo based mercedes if this is how that cooldown reduction works.
The cooldown reduction only works on the special attack from Elemental Ghost that activates every 10 seconds.
Would it be possible to learn the total % damage increase for each skill enhanced by 5th job Enhancement Cores? Like, the damage increase for a hurricane-like skill might be different from a standard bossing attack, and even more so for an attack that has its hit count doubled by Shadow Partner, and even then that is just bossing skills, who knows for mobbing skills?
What I am most interested in is how in most cases only the absolute base skill is listed, such as Assassins Mark for Night Lord (Final skill is Night Lords Mark), or Orbital Flame for Blaze Wizard (Orbital Flame IV is the final stage). Do these skills affect the final version of the skill the player is using by the time they achieve 5th job, or is this some grave error on Nexon oreas part?
Yep they affect the final versions since those skills are just upgrades to the original ones.
I can add the specific values tomorrow 🙂
Thank you for listing them. A little disappointed that it’s a little predictable how most 1st/2nd job skills are 4%, 3rd job are 3%, and 4th job and hyper skills are 2%, unless a skill is supposed to be used a lot in which case it becomes 2%, but hey, a damage boost is a damage boost I guess.
Are the new decent skill cores the same as the ones from potential? I would think no because the cores have CDs, different durations, and some passive stats. If so, do decent skill cores stack with the ones from potential?
It would be nice if something like decent SI stacked twice.
What happened to the server recently, so much lags especially at night
Yep it’s horrible lol.
Even tho the compensation has been given but the server still lag lag lag lag ><"
Hey max, I just wanted to ask for some clarification on Xenon’s 5th job. Where it says you can enhance existing skills, does purge lob enhancement effect all 3 modes? meaning snipe can hit +1 monsters?
Thanks in advanced 🙂
Yeah it affects all 3, and the skill doesn’t specifically mention that it doesn’t so I guess?
Did %avoid turn into %damage in the real server?
Nope, % avoid/% accuracy changed randomly into either % defense, % stat, or % HP/MP.
The wild hunter 5th job skill is shite imo. Why, oh why, did i choose to main a wh….
Cause they’re good otherwise. Don’t need a good 5th job skill to be a good class anyways, just equip nothing but the cores that increase skill damage.
Does Xenon Third Job Dual Hybrid (that adds 100% avoid) still work the same? Since they’ve removed avoid.
Yep it gives +100% avoid rate
Edit: There is another Patch, KMS 1.2.261, because they decided to add 10 more channels to most world due to the laginess ..
Does Holy Unity (pally’s skill) combine all two buffs when self buffed? I feel a bit unclear about that.
I believe you’ll only get the final dmg boost if you cast Holy Unity alone.
The text “you’ll just receive the BUFFS yourself” messed me up.
I thought the dmg boost was one buff and party bind was another buff. So “buffs” meant two haha.
In the V diary event, do the temple of time and kritias expeditions refer to the quest lines, or something else?
Yeah you gotta finish the quest lines.
I would also like to know the changes to character cards since I’m about to either make a Night walker or Wind archer.
Bowmaster/Wind Archer – +2/4/6/8% ACC -> +10/20/40/80 DEX
Dual Blade/Night Walker – +2/3/4/5% AVOID -> +10/20/40/80 LUK
3 Thieves – maximum critical damage -> critical damage (same values)
EunWol – minimum and maximum critical damage -> critical damage (same values)
Thanks! either one of those would work great for me, I think I’ll make a Night walker for now. (Had one when I played in Scania and it looks like they’ve got some new skills since I’ve been gone.)
Joker Skill
Is there any data how fast each hits are and the amount of lines per hit?
uhh. I’m not familiar with KMS. I want to ask if the NW jump-attack to cancer animation had been removed on recent KMS update or not. Because it seem like GMS will update that frorm KMS if it happened.
Don’t think so
“Decent Combat Orders: Temporarily increases all of your skill levels. Skills that have already reached master level are not increased.”
….
isnt that freaking useless?
HOLY SNAP! This is…A LOT! Omg those Meso Ranger skills, Nice to see them using them again since they shut down the Omega Sector.
A lot of this is just purely amazing.
Is it just me or? I couldnt enter star planet mobile, is is a maintanance or are they starting to ip ban certain area outside korea? i am at SEA region
Yeah they took it down for maintenance, no end date stated.
Is there any bug reported that mercedes skill cannot be maxed even at level 140? i only able to put in 190 skill points from level 100 to level 140.
Can u help me to check it out, max? TQ
That’s pretty weird, there were a few SP errors over the past couple patches. I think you can talk to Maple Admin to reset your SP?
Max, I’ve reached level 200 and got my 5th job advancement. I have the Arcane Symbol and completed the first six quests. Now I’m facing monsters that require 80 Arcane but I’m stuck with lvl 1 Arcane Symbol (yeah, I’ve forced myself to do quests in 50 Arc maps). Also, there are no daily quests in Road of Vanishing. Any idea what to do now? Can’t level up my Arcane Symbol without them.
You need to complete the entire quest line with only 30 AF to unlock the daily quests. Even then, those quests will still require you to fight monsters with higher AF requirements so it’s a bit of a grind.
Damn. I need to get better range, sitting at 400k buffed with my Aran and the 80 arc maps are really painful (I’m on Reboot).
Do the new Zero Weapons count as absolabs, or can we put say, a root abyss scroll onto them?
They don’t count as Absolabs weapons unless you have used the Absolabs Set Scroll on them beforehand! So when you upgrade them, they’ll keep whatever set you’ve scrolled them with (or be setless if you haven’t used a scroll on them yet).
great to know! Cheers max!
Max, I was wondering this +1 monster hit says its applying to gigas wave. Does that mean gigas wave hit 2 enemies in nonfinalform instead of 1?
Yep
Any information on the Black Heart item? Stats/slots?
Gives 10 all stats, has special potential of 30% boss damage and 30% defense ignore but it expires and can’t be extended.
For striker it says the “bold” instead of bolt. Just specifics.
Sorry that wasn’t meant to sound mean :0
Fixed!
Max i was wondering the skills enhancment? why it so unbalanced like skill assasinate wchich is 627% / 1300% compare to Hurricane(300%) no one said anything about it?….
It’s a final damage % boost, which directly affects the damage on your lines.
It has nothing to do with the skill’s % damage.
So judging on how stats are distributed via AP system, will the arcane symbols give Demon Avenger 30k HP???
Hi, will current gloves having %min crit lines on legendary potential will change to %crit damage? or will change to random stats?
what will happened to avoidability % / accuracy % potential lines?
Randomly changed into %HP/MP/stat
Hi Max. Will they reset my core skills when I change job? like bishop to i/l, then i/l to bishop again. Will they keep my upgrade bishop skill or I have to start over again? Thanks in advance!
Nope you’ll keep all your Cores, but they’ll be unusable (except for common job skills).
