KMS ver. 1.2.389 – Union Relay & Universe Star Pink Bean!
The first patch after the Dreamer update has been released, including updates to the Union and Profession systems as well as improvements to bosses and story content! It also has the new Union Relay and Universe Star Pink Bean events, an updated Golden Chariot, and a livestreaming event called Star Force Stage.

The third and final patch of the MapleStory Dreamer update has been released, featuring the new Epic Dungeon: High Mountain and the new Maple Coin system.
Low-key, this was a big dry spell of content for a winter update (not including the extreme meso changes) and now we’re going into the off-season so we’ll see if they’re actually working on anything cool… Although I do think High Mountain’s story was pretty good!
Read more…KMS ver. 1.2.387 – Meso Changes Implemented on the Official Server
After a week of the meso changes being on the test server, Nexon has decided to push them to the official server pretty much as-is. Everything that was in testing is included except for the changes to additional potential, which they said will be implemented within the first half of the year.
I think the idea is they’re going to do multiple, frequent patches now instead of the regular month-long cycles for these changes, maybe weekly? Seems quite haphazard to say the least…
Read more…KMS ver. 1.2.386 – MapleStory Dreamer: 2nd Mastery Cores!
The second patch of the winter update, Dreamer, has been released! It contains the second set of 6th job Mastery Cores, improvements to Grandis’ instanced Authentic Force maps, Heroes of Maple’s reorganization, and outfit presets. The New Name Auction event has also returned!
The test server patch that features the meso and Cube changes that everyone is waiting for will be released at some point in the future (seriously, there’s no announced date other than some time after this live server patch).

Earlier today, General Director Wongki and Director Changseop started a MapleStory Live stream to talk to players about the plans to change MapleStory in the near future. This is in response to the extreme loss of trust from most players due to the findings from the Korean FTC regarding Nexon’s Cube-related probability changes done without notifying players in the past.
