Arcane Equipment

Arcane Force

The new equipment system Arcane Symbol has been added.

  • Through content in the new area Arcane River, you can raise your character’s main stats and Arcane Force stat.
  • Arcane Force is required in the Arcane River area for various activities. If it is low, you will be disadvantaged but if it is high, you will receive benefits. (similar to Star Force)
  • You can get different kinds of Arcane Symbols in each of the Arcane River’s areas.
    • Currently, there are only two kinds: the Arcane Symbol and the Arcane Symbol: Road of Vanishing. In the future, you will be able to obtain the Arcane Symbol: Chu Chu Island and Arcane Symbol: City of Dreams.
  • Arcane Symbols can be equipped to increase your Arcane Force and main stat.
  • While equipped, Arcane Symbols will grow with you as you gain experience. Duplicate Arcane Symbols can be combined into equipped ones to give them experience.
  • When an Arcane Symbol is at 99% growth experience, you can level it up by paying a meso fee (for me, it was 10m/20m/30m for level 2/3/4).

5th Job Advancement

The 5th job advancement system has been added.

  • Characters can begin the 5th job advancement quests in the Temple of Time at level 200.
    • Collect 3 Arcane Stones from the Maple World’s Goddess (given for free), Grandis’ Goddess (defeat Magnus, it seems any difficulty will work), and Masteria’s Goddess (find the Horizon portal in Fallen World Tree within 5 minutes). They can be found in special Horizon portals in Henesys, Pantheon, and Fallen World Tree.
    • Train with the Arcane Stones in your inventory for 2 hours to charge them with experience. After you advance, these stones will become Experience Potions that you can use to receive that experience once again.
    • Once you have trained for 2 hours with an Arcane Stone, you can activate it. You must do this with all 3 Arcane Stones, but there is a cooldown of 8 hours before you can start charging one after activating another. (i.e. you have to train with one for 2 hours, activate it, wait 8 hours, train with the second for 2 hours and activate it, wait 8 hours, then train with the last one for 2 hours and activate it)
    • After all 3 have been activated, you will advance to 5th job!
  • The goal of the 5th job advancement system and 5th job skills are the following:
    • To not radically change the existing battle patterns.
    • To add new battle experiences.
    • To continue to grow stronger.
  • We have created a foundation that meets the three conditions above, and through future updates, new skills, equipment, systems, and content will continue to be added.

The 5th job skill system V Matrix has been added.

  • You can install V Cores to acquire new skills and enhance existing ones.
  • V Cores are split into 3 types: Skill Cores, Enhancement Cores, and Special Cores.
    • Skill Core: if installed, you can acquire new skills
    • Enhancement Core: if installed, you can enhance existing skills
    • Special Core: only one can be installed, but if you satisfy its conditions you can get special abilities
  • You can take your Skill Cores and Enhancement Cores to the Arcane River area’s town to the NPC Achelle and combine the same types of V Cores to enhance them.
  • You can acquire V Cores by using Core Gemstones. Core Gemstones can be acquired through various content and from the battlefield.
  • V Cores must meet certain conditions before they can be installed into a V Matrix slot. (in the test server, there will be no such conditions for easier testing)

How does it work?

  1. Collect Core Gemstones.
  2. Open them to receive V Cores. This is random and you can receive both duplicates (used to level up your skills) and Cores for other jobs (useless).
  3. Install the Cores you would like to use. This will give you access to the new skills unlocked with Skill Cores, the skill enhancements with Enhancement Cores, and special abilities with Special Cores. All Cores will unlock level 1 skills.
  4. You can level up your skills by combining Cores of the same kind. (e.g. combine a duplicate Arrow Rain Core with your installed one to give it experience). When a Core has gained enough experience, it will level up, increasing the level of the skill.
    • NOTE: All Skill Core skills can go up to level 50.
    • NOTE: All Enhancement Core skills can go up to level 100.
    • NOTE: All Special Core skills can go up to level 1.

Here’s a short video with an overview of how to use the new system.

if you read, this is just the beginning part of 5th job. they made a point saying they did not want to radically change the playstyle of characters. They will implement more new skills in future updates.

      • mnmega
        June 26, 2016 at 2:50 pm

Ha, this is a joke for Mech players – their play style keeps changing cause of poor planning.

Same goes for Evan, play style changed in the name of “revamp”

          • EvanAndMir
            July 6, 2016 at 1:01 am

Keep up, he says “keep” changing.
A TON of explorers and ALL of the Cygnus Knights got their playstyles changed in a single revamp, during RED/Cygnus Returns respectively.
Mechs on the other hand, are tweaked over and over again.
Besides that, Evan didn’t HAVE a playstyle.
He had the most generic playstyle in the game.
            Ironic since Aran INVENTED gimmicks.
Now, he has an identity when weighed against other classes.
A really fun one at that.

  4. June 26, 2016 at 7:12 am

I’m hearing that 5th Job Thieve’s new skill about boss damage resistance (or such) is so overpowered, it will probably be nerfed or removed before full release.

    • Max
      June 26, 2016 at 8:05 am

5th job isn’t a full advancement like previous jobs, you get the ability to use the V Matrix to install Cores to learn new skills/upgrade existing ones. So I guess they didn’t feel the need to give new names.

so you only get one – 2 skill from 5th job… and upgrade to old skill…. 5th job is even worst than hyper skill they get 3 skill atleast 5th job is only 2 skill? even 4th job get like 7-8 skill this is the worst job advance i ever seem
it seem like 5th job is just a better version of hyper skill

It’s also not going to be the end of 5th job when it happens.
They’re going to add more 5th job skills and stuff through updates over a period of time.

So Wild Hunter and Kaiser get gangbang skills, Vipers become SSGSS and get a spirit bomb, Thieves are even more broken, Captains get a driveby ability, Zero becomes Dio Brando, Demon Avenger truly becomes a Masochist, Demon Slayer becomes a SSJ himself, Archers become Solider 76, Marksmen become McCree, and Heroes are just broken.

    Seems about right.

    • Anonymous
      June 26, 2016 at 9:30 am

I think its a good solution they made, keeping 4th job skills usefull and introducing an enhancement system for 5th job skills, personally I like it and I think they made the right decision this way!

      • Anonymous
        June 26, 2016 at 1:34 pm

This is literally just a new hyper skill system. It’s not 5th job like how the 4th job update was.

        • Literally Hyper Skills 2.0
          June 26, 2016 at 3:32 pm

Pretty much that. I mean, they said they’re adding more skills later and everyone gets guaranteed one new powerful attack but this is just pitiful since Hyper skills already do that and then some. No new names, not point in skill points.

It would be pretty annoying grinding to 250 just to max out the new skills but this is equally disappointing.

    • yep
      June 26, 2016 at 10:39 am

I love the skill tree of some classes right now, 5th job should be a bonus material not a massive revamp right?

I’m actually REALLY glad we DON’T have it now!
That just means there’s one less pointless skill for me to potentially aquire!

      • Abc
        June 28, 2016 at 8:43 am

You might want to acquire it for the passive effect though.

        • EvanAndMir
          July 6, 2016 at 12:22 am

You misunderstand, i’m getting it, cause I really miss having blink, but getting the exact same skill in 5th job would’ve been pointless if I already had it in 3rd job.
Hence there’s one LESS pointless skill.
The fact that they took it from me, means its not redundant, which is more than I can say for the Nova and the generic Grappling Hook.

From 140 – 200 we have nothing only “Hyper Stats”. Fucking YAY, what a waste of 60 levels. What even was the point of increasing the level cap from 200-250?
And why on earth are second and third job attack skills enhance-able? You’re hardly going to be using those at level 200+.

What’s your point? Just because you can get to level 200 faster, doesn’t mean you suddenly get something to fill the gaping void while you’re grinding out those 60 levels.

      June 26, 2016 at 12:35 pm

By what I can guess for the second and third job skills being enhance-able, they seem to be more of utility skills (except for Hero?), for the most part, or alternatives. I personally think that being able to upgrade the Rush skill, along with other gathering skills, could be interesting. Especially if this isn’t just a damage boost to them, but rather an efficiency boost, possibly further distances to move monsters, more monsters to match with possibly higher monsters hit per skill from other attack skill improvements. This looks pretty impressive, to be perfectly honest.

      • EvanAndMir
        July 6, 2016 at 12:33 am

On the contrary, all of the ones that are “utility” also do damage in some way.
Even Heal, does damage to monsters tagged as undead.
This means that they will either be just damage boosts, or will probably reduce casting delay by a certain percentage.
The sort of skills i’m seeing are Final Attack skills, Summon skills, Installment skills, Attack skills, nothing that indicates that this CAN’T/WON’T just be damage increases.
Regardless of whether or not a skill is used for the debuff it causes rather than an attack skill, these are all attack skills.

Are you sure there will be no damage limit? There has to be something in place so that the server doesn’t overload.

    • Swibblestein
      June 26, 2016 at 1:00 pm

The cap might just be arbitrarily large. For instance, if they use a long int, the cap would be 9,223,372,036,854,775,807 damage, which realistically would not be possible to get to (and would be pointless, too, since you’d be able to one-shot every boss in the game with your weakest attack, even at a much lower damage range.

Hell Gollux has 25,000,000,000 hp, so each line of that damage would be enough to kill nearly 400 million of him. This amuses me.

      • acitro593
        June 26, 2016 at 1:21 pm

About 9.2 quintillion? Hard Lotus has 8.1 trilllion, and has there been anyone that has ever one shot all his forms yet?

        • EvanAndMir
          June 26, 2016 at 6:54 pm

You can’t “one shot” Lotus BECAUSE he has 3 different forms.
Defeating one SUMMONS the next one, which means at best, you can 3 shot him.
PS: His point is that we obviously have a hard cap on skills BC that’s how computers work, but that it will be impossible to EVER actually reach.

          • acitro593
            June 27, 2016 at 10:57 am

Yeah I know that, but has anyone 3 shot him though? And what do you think the hard cap would be? It has to be around the 2^64 area right?

      • That one guy who brings up pointless facts
        June 29, 2016 at 4:30 am

long int would be ~2.1 billion (2^31 – 1, or the previous exp cap). A long LONG int would be what you’re talking about (at least in c++). And an unsigned long long int would be about double that (~18.4 quintillion, or 2^64 -1, because 64-bit computing) because it doesn’t include negatives, but your point is already proven because even hard lotus doesn’t have anywhere close to this much HP

honestly, in my opinion, they’re not changing enough.
it seems that one of their goal is to intruduce 5th job without changing the way classes are or making 4th job obselete, but i wish they would’ve shaken up things more.
in other words, this shouldn’t be a big-bang level uppdate (although it wouldn’t be). this should be a 4th job introduction update level update

How does the new critical system works? Is it better or worst than last time?

    • Anonymous
      June 26, 2016 at 2:35 pm

Basically the same, cuz they remove damage cap there is no point to balance your min and max crit% any more. So they merge those into one. Because your range is still ???-??? at least we dont have to see the same number at every line

      • Anonymous
        June 26, 2016 at 5:45 pm

But what about my crit variance!!!

I like my critical damage being very close to each other!!

Also bishops new skill is like totally just a support skill lmao

        • Anonymous
          June 28, 2016 at 1:53 am

Ofcourse it will be closer, cuz damage will be between min and max crit% right now, and it would be just crit damage% after this V update. What are you worrying about.
That Bishops new skill is trully lazy, but Bishop is supposed to be support. If you wanna be a top dpm player play another classes

          • Anonymous

Haha that bishop skill goes quite well with mihiles skill though haha

I was hoping for a new attack for my bishop, since attack speed on angel Ray with voa is fast but doesn’t heal as much anymore since the heal nerfs

          • EvanAndMir
            July 6, 2016 at 12:39 am

Because if crit damage still ranges from 1.2x to 1.5x by default, the variance will sux, I kinda agree with that guy.

            July 7, 2016 at 8:17 am

i can’t find any information on what the range between min crit and max crit is as some places they state that crit damage increases both (implying there’s a crit variance range)

        June 26, 2016 at 3:08 pm

Technically no. Phantom doesn’t have Venom. He has his cards- but he can get that hyper from Nightlord. I think that might compensate, though personally would have liked to see the Drop rate card that they removed replaced with a Venom one.

Ice age for I/L Mage is literally Ice climbers final smash from brawl. But from what I hear, at least Chilling step can now do more than 1% of your damage with the new system, so I’m ok with it. More turrets to activate the Blizzard shards!(and maybe a higher rate in general? Still unsure.)

      • EvanAndMir

I’m not max, and I don’t think he’s checked since he only ever plays his BM most of the time anymore, but i’ve noticed that the 1-30 is a bit speedier, 70-100 is quicker, and 140-160 is a LOT faster. everything else seems unchanged, in all honesty. I trained a DRK I had on the test server from 180-200 and it was slightly faster, but I was still getting less than .01% from AMGs by the late 190s per kill. That’s with tespia boosted exp too.

JMS is getting Heros of maple now so probably the 5 job thing would come at winter。Maybe if you check JMS at that time they could be annoucing the 5th job with some images of the skills that would be added including Hayato and Kanna.

They did say that they plan on adding other skills, but in my opinion this 5th job is a disappointment and a failure, not because we only have one skill so far but because Nexon went into this job advancement with the wrong mindset to begin with, a.k.a “To not radically change the existing battle patterns.” The true essence of 3rd and 4th job advancements when they came out was specifically that, to radically change the battle patterns, make the game more enjoyable and give the players more battling experiences. In my opinion instead of hyping this as the 5th Job, it’s just adding another Hyper-Skill-like system because we’re not getting a proper skill-book-oriented-advancemnt like for the 4th Job, we’re getting this V Matrix System that is definitely not what I was expecting and I do not like the mechanics of it. Honestly, it almost feels as if Nexon didn’t want to go through all the coding that giving us a proper new job advancement would require.

“Not to change the job’s pattern drastically” – and that is the fail of 5th job in one sentence. The very idea of next job advancement is for things to change drastically for better. Including rooting out weaknesses of previous jobs (like getting awesome mob move on a character that before the advancement was 1v1 oriented, or critical support skill on before pure selfish character).

Also ONE measely individual new skill for each job? Well that settles it, i’m calling this the “plunger job” cause it sucks!

    • Anonymous
      June 28, 2016 at 6:37 am

Every class in the game has a distinct bossing pattern, the majority of which are unique. There’s no need to massively change how people have to boss at 199 compared to 200.

      • Anonymous
        June 28, 2016 at 9:31 am

but you do do that between 99 and 100. also nobody said that the advancment shouldn’t be level dependent like the others (skill points)

        • Anonymous
          June 30, 2016 at 6:43 am

You aren’t expected to fight many bosses at 99, so that’s kinda moot. At 199, you’re able to fight important bosses such as Chaos Root Abyss or Chaos Magnus.

        • EvanAndMir
          July 6, 2016 at 12:50 am

IDIOT! You ACTUALLY DON’T do that between level 99 and 100, because YOU DON’T BOSS BELOW LEVEL 99!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ergo, you’re wrong, ergo you suck.

Also, @MonsterZed, it happens to Evans during Heroes of Maple and you complain, it DOESN’T happen to anyone during 5th job and you complain.
Seriously, do you want classes to drastically change or not?
What are you? An ingrate who’s never satisfied? A troll who’s never going to say nice things about anything because its much more fun to watch people’s reactions than say what you really feel?

Hey Max i dont understand the Def Revamp more Def u take more dmg? that make no sense so if i dont wear any gear i take less dmg? ??? the more equip i wear the more dmg i take? that make no sense

    • ZomgNit
      June 27, 2016 at 12:55 pm

It means relative to how Def works currently. Right now if you have 10k def you take basically 1 dmg from everything, and if you have 0 def a lot of things will 1 hit you. After the change, having max def won’t mean you take only 1 dmg from everything, and having low def won’t mean you get 1hko’d all the time.

They’re just bringing the extremes closer together.

    • Max
      June 27, 2016 at 1:55 pm

I think all physical def was just renamed into defense, and all magical defense was just changed into defense.

I think it was to put more of an emphasis on actual defensive skills.

Hey max, is the the status resistance change a nerf or a good thing because if it doesn’t block effects, won’t that mean having 100% status resist is useless? Also about the magic defense removal, monsters don’t use magic attacks anymore besides bosses?

    • Max
      June 27, 2016 at 1:57 pm

I don’t really know how it works anymore, but you can’t get “100% status resistance”. It’s a flat number that goes up to 999 now.

They will still use magic attacks but they won’t be ‘magical’ because there’s no such thing as magic defense anymore, it will just use your defense stat to calculate damage.

So are the Final Damage buffs from Enhancement Cores constant? Like, do they all give +1% Final Damage per level (or something like that), or does it vary by skill?

    • Max
      June 27, 2016 at 1:56 pm

From what I’ve seen, they’re all 3% final damage per level

      • Tael Coren
        June 28, 2016 at 9:35 am

if you have a skill that does 200% (of range) damage, and you put a level 100 core on it, will it bow do 500%=200+300 damage, or 800%=200*4 damage?

        • Max
          June 28, 2016 at 10:19 am

Final damage is multiplicative and is done right at the end of the damage calculation, so yes I believe 300% final damage = * 4 of the regular damage.

  58. sssaaass
    June 27, 2016 at 1:20 pm

Hi Max. Can you explain enhancement cores? According to your blog they only increase damage for all of your skills. I thought the point of 5th job was to give us a choice to improve our skills our own way. But in the end it’s only damage increase for all of our skills?

    • Max
      June 27, 2016 at 2:19 pm

So the more equip i wear the more damge will take?

    • Max
      June 27, 2016 at 3:13 pm

No. It’s compared to the current defense formula. So if you have a low amount of defense, you will take less dmg in this new formula than you would with the original formula, but if you have a high amount, you’ll take more than originally.

      • June 28, 2016 at 12:28 pm

No, what he said is that people with 0 defense will take less damage THAN BEFORE, and people with 9,999 defense will take more damage THEN BEFORE.

Max, I think there’s some incorrect data in the post:
“Level 1: Consumes 500 MP. Shoot a giant cannon ball that deals 300% damage 2 times on up to 15 enemies continuously. You prepare 1 cannonball every 20 seconds and can hold up to 3 at a time. Cooldown: 0.5 seconds.
Level 50: Consumes 500 MP. Shoot a giant cannon ball that deals 104% damage 2 times on up to 15 enemies continuously. You prepare 1 cannonball every 20 seconds and can hold up to 3 at a time. Cooldown: 0.5 seconds.”

The skill data says the skill gets down to 34% weaker over the course of 49 levels. o.o

Or are they like hyper stat +main stat that are added after everything else?

    • Max

You know Maple Warrior only applies base stats, right Max?
Even if it WAS affected by potential, it wouldn’t be affected by Maple Warrior because that only affects the stats given by AP, and not Equipment, Physical Training/High Wisdom, or Ability.
But since it only gives +700 dex, it clearly isn’t affected by potential rgardless

Passive effect: when attacking, there is a 50% chance to inflict enemies with a DoT, dealing 500% damage every second for 10 seconds.
=>so thieve can just get enemy poisoned and then push this button for 5000% damage+extra damage. NW get a nice damage source that is even stronger than quintuple blow. But then I see the core can enhance 3%x100=300% damage of all job skill (that would be 4x in total) and suddenly those number doesnt look that big. Nexon want player to be able to solo Damien then release new boss or what. These skill are pure damage boost and doesnt make sense at all. We want a full job advancement with some creative new skill and content, not this power creep BS

I can’t believe the salt here. This may not be a full job advancement, but I think it’s actually cooler. A lot will depend, of course, on how rare the boxes are, but this seems genuinely like I’ll have to think about how I’m designing my build, to the point that it won’t be possible to set up simple “get these” guides, but rather different ones per job, and different ones per specialty (bossing, buffing, grinding, etc.)

I am a Wild Hunter main and I approve this message.

(To explain the above, Wild Hunter has the most interesting update, since they summon ‘up to six’ jaguars, depending on how many they’ve caught, I actually am going to go out and capture the other jaguars, rather than just having used snow white until I got an onyx by simply logging in during the wild hunter revamp. Interesting stuff.)

I’m pretty sad that phantom has no fifth job skill theft though :\

    • Literally Hyper Skills 2.0
      June 29, 2016 at 9:39 am

But that’s where the salt comes from. We’ve been waiting months, years iirc for this under the assumption that we were getting a full job advancements. We are in fact getting new skills, but under the guise of yet another Hyper skill-like interface instead of the traditional method. The lack of consistency is what really bothers me, but probably not everyone else. The advancements don’t even get names for each explorer class, just: “Here’s the V matrix. Have fun trying to hit the max damage.” Which brings us to the tin foil hat wearing folks who are hot and bothered about the cap removal and they have a right to be considering doing so in tandem with massive damage/bossing boosters available from this seems like it’s opening Pandora’s box along with making getting to lvl 200 easier. People who can already cap are going to have a field day with this and anyone who can’t will have to play catch up with this.

I also don’t like Phantoms, but even they deserve to reap the benefits from this. It’s their gimmick. 5th job + No stealing = What’s the point then?

      • EvanAndMir
        July 6, 2016 at 1:22 am

You know, people are comparing it to hyper skills, but it’s really even LESS like a traditional advancement than Hyper Skills are.
For instance, you still level up to get SP for hypers.
For 5th job though, you fuse V Cores

    Does anyone know ?

How does final damage work on class that already got final damage? like for example lumi has a 30% and 40% final damage if he get that absolute kill enhance core up to max level 100 that would add 300% more would lumi final dmg be 370%? or higher ? 546%? is final damage additive or multiple?

    • Anonymous
      June 28, 2016 at 8:30 pm

Final damage is multiplicative. Morning Star and Arcane Pitch from Luminous would be 1.3 times 1.4, respectively, totaling to 1.82, meaning 82% total.

Also can you please not ignore it this time and go ask your korean buddies what is the current demon avenger damage formula since the reboot patch. Before reboot the formula was (HP / 7 + STR) * 1.3 {desperado weapon multiplier} * ATTack / 100 = Range ——- and before that they used a 9 in place of the 7 on release up to somewhere around black heaven. Please don’t ignore this part and find out for me what the korean demon avenger players managed to work out as the current damage formula.

Nope, I got 50 A grade cores, can’t exchange them though. Must’ve been changed in GMS, cause it’s definitely not a typo

The hit damage calculation formula has been changed so that characters with low defense will take less damage than before while characters with high defense will take more damage than before.
Magic defense has been removed and monsters’ attacks’ magical properties have been removed. Characters’ skills, abilities, character cards, equipment, equipment’s potential and additional options have been removed or changed to other stats.

Wow, way to dumb down the game even more and make Def a even more useless stat for most characters.

pretty sure what he means is, people with less defense will take less damage than they do now and people with higher defense will take more damage than they do now but, people with high defense will still take less damage than if they had no defense or less decense.

Hey Max, a question about the new Critical Damage system: looking through your Detailed Stats screenshot, it looks like 크리 데미지 (from 크리티컬 데미지) means Critical Damage? If so, yours is at 27% which seems very low compared to the pre-V critical system. Do you have any idea how the new critical system works mathematically, or has critical damage just been severely nerfed?

Hayato, Kanna, Jett, Zen, and Beast Tamer don’t exist in KMS, so they won’t have any 5th job information available until JMS/CMS/etc. get the update and update the classes themselves.

This also occurred with Hayato and Kanna in GMS when Hyper Skills came out, if I recall correctly.

Hey, Max. Does the critical damage change mean that low level/new players will now do about the same damage as a non-crit even if they crit, since they have about 0% critical damage? It sure seems like critical damage is a lot harder to get now instead of every character being handed 20% min crit, 50% max crit, and 5% crit rate at level 10. I mean, you’re level 209 and you only have 27% according to that screenshot…

hey max. i really want to understand somehting. they said magic defense was removed. what does it mean for magican classes? int used to give magic defense.. and they all also have a skill which provide 15-30% of magic defense as physical defense. does this mean now that int will give nothing (no more magic defense) and that this skill which transfer magic def into phys def will do nothing now? thank you and i hope you can answert that.

Xenon’s 3rd job skill Dual Breed Defensive adds avoid by 100%, but they removed avoid ability. Then any changes to this skill?

exactly my point.. luck used to give alot of avoid. and all luck classes like shadower and nightlord defensive was based on avoid. they got alot of miss from it and they removed the whole concept of their defensive. same as mage classes int used to give magic defense and they had alot of skills giving defense by % of mgic def. now will magic def from int be gone? its kind of lame.. i want to know what happens with classes that loses important stats. it turns out that now STR gives tuns of defense INT / LUCK / DEX gives nothing since even acc was removed. so basically make STR or nothing?

      July 15, 2016 at 10:42 am

Nope, it still gives an additional +100% avoid rate which decreases by 5% every time you get hit.

could you please explain the avoid rate again.. you say it still gives 100% evasion but it reduces by 5% everytime you get hit. but evasion dont work? or is it 100% chance to avoid but everytime you are “hit” the chance is reduced by 5%? thank you very much for answerring i appreciate it

and max. can you tell what happens with magic defense and mage classes? for example.. what happens to all the magic defense given by INT. and also what happens to the skill Magic Armor which gives % of magic damage as physical defense. was the skill deleted?
    thanks.
