Foggy Forest Training Centre Map

A new test server patch has been released. This one is pretty small, there’s a new feature available in Mu Lung Dojo that makes it a lot easier to test your damage and a bunch of improvements/bug fixes. There’s also the event we’ll have for the next month and the return of the I Didn’t Do Anything event.

Foggy Forest Training Centre

So Gong

You can enter the Foggy Forest Training Centre by talking to So Gong in the Mu Lung Dojo. To enter, you must be level 200 or higher and have cleared at least floor 30 or higher in Dojo.

Foggy Forest Training Centre

The Foggy Forest Training Centre is basically a new and improved version of the Dojo dummy items, with a lot more features and customizability.

Settings and Monster Settings

When you enter, you can use the Settings windows on the side of the screen to change the map and summon monsters. In the Monster Settings, you can summon monsters with various options.

  • Type: Normal/Boss Monster
  • Level: 1~300
  • Defense: 0~500
  • Size: Small/Medium/Large
  • Normal Monster HP: 5b/10b/30b/50b/150b/500b/Unlimited
  • Boss Monster HP: 100b/1t/10t/100t/1q/Unlimited
  • Elemental Resistance: Halved/Not Halved

A maximum of 10 monsters can exist at a time. You can use the Desummon feature to remove the most recently summoned monster, or you can use the Bulk Desummon feature to remove all summoned monsters on the map.

In the Map Settings, you can set Star Force/Arcane Force/Authentic Force requirements.

  • Star Force: 1~140
  • Arcane Force: 1~1320
  • Authentic Force: 1~200

A feature that lets you choose if HP/MP is consumed when using skills or hit by monsters will be provided. A feature to instantly heal your HP and MP will be provided.

※ The Foggy Forest Training Centre can only be entered in a party.

※ You can enter the Foggy Forest Training Centre up to 5 times per day. When you enter, there is a time limit of 1 hour.

※ Characters cannot die in the Foggy Forest Training Centre.

Improvements

Skills

When different movement speed reduction effects are applied to a monster, the effect with the highest value will now be applied.

Developer Notes:

Previously, when different movement speed reduction effects were applied to monsters, the one that was applied last would take effect regardless of the values of each skill, and it was inconvenient not being able to freely use these skills.

Therefore, when using skills with different movement speed reduction effects on monsters that have already been slowed, the highest value will now be applied.

Crest of the Solar Crest of the Solar has been improved so that characters are not considered to be in-combat when the Flame Emblem attacks.

Ultimate - Deep Impact Kinesis’ Ultimate – Deep Impact has been improved so that it does not cancel movement speed reduction effects and defense reduction effects when it is used.

Surging Spirit Lara’s Surging Spirits has been changed so that you will not take damage even if it hits an enemy using Damage Reflect.

Monsters

The resurrection method in Von Leon (Easy/Normal/Hard), Cygnus (Easy/Normal), Hilla (Normal/Hard), and Arkarium (Easy/Normal) have been changed to resurrect you immediately in the same spot.

You will no longer take damage for 2 seconds after resurrecting during battle in the following bosses. (This currently does not stack with the Resistance link skill, so if you have it maxed, you will still have 8 seconds of invincibility instead of 2 + 8.)

Hilla (Hard)’s Death Count has been changed to be individual instead of being shared with the party.

Improved an issue in Guardian Angel Slime where if the number of Magma Slimes installed in the map reached the upper limit, Magma Slimes would awkwardly disappear after their creation attack.

Improved an issue in Guardian Angel Slime where the Crystal Droplet Install action was longer when riding Mechanic’s Metal Armor or Mercedes’ Sylphidia.

Quests

New voices have been added to certain episodes of Dimensional Library.

  • Episode 1 The White Mage: White Mage
  • Episode 4 Winter Bard: Mailer, Alicia, Heize

In the Esfera story quests, the images of the NPCs Aiona, Dark Executor, and Light Executor have been changed.

Items

Pink Coin Purse 20 Slots

You can now craft 20 Slot Coin Purses with professions. You must be a Meister Alchemist, and the materials required are:

  • 2 Pink Coin Purses (8 Slots)
  • 1 Brilliant Twilight Essence
  • 50 Magic Crystals

In Reboot World’s Cash Shop, the Name Tag Remover item will now be sold.

Maps

In Mu Lung Dojo, after you clear a stage and the timer is stopped for 5 seconds, it has been changed so that a guide message is outputted every 1 second until it starts timing down again.

UI

When a monster is registered to Monster Collection through hunting, it has been changed so that the name of the monster that was registered will be shown.

In the Maple Auction, the name of the Base Stats option in the detailed search has been changed to Held Stats.

Developer Notes:

The Held Stats option has the same function as the previous Base Stats, but it has been changed to a clearer name because it was a confusing term for players. The Held Stats option includes “the equipment’s original values + scrolls/Spell Trace values + additional options values”.

In the Chatting window, item links have been changed to be displayed in the same colour regardless of which conversation type you are using.

In the Pet UI’s Specific Item Loot settings menu, to make it easier to distinguish items with gender restrictions, items will now display (M) or (F) if they are gender locked.

For Lapis/Lazuli, the enhancement results window will now be displayed when Cube items are used on them.

The Seed

In The Seed 4F, the logic for where a user is summoned after they fall down while playing has been changed.

  • Current: Changes based on the location of the last monster killed
  • After: Changes based on the user’s location when the last monster was killed

You can no longer create parties or invite to a party in the Seed Lobby and 1F~50F.

When you enter the Seed Lobby in a party, you will now leave the party automatically.

Achievements

Linking Achievements

You can now link achievements in the Chatting window by using the Link menu or by using Hyper Megaphones. You can click the achievements to see detailed information about them.

Error Fixes

Skills

Fixed an issue in Chosen Seren where if you used skills that changed the background music, sometimes the client would stop.

Fixed an issue where Paladin’s Holy Unity effect was displayed during Fritto’s Eagle Hunting.

Fixed an issue where Dual Blade sometimes could not use Final Cut.

Fixed an issue where Viper’s character appearance would be displayed abnormally after using Transform in content where your appearance was changed.

Fixed an issue with Captain’s Deadeye where sometimes the targeting effect would be outputted while it was on cooldown.

Fixed an issue with Cygnus Knights’ Echo of Hero where there was no skill sound effect outputted when used.

Fixed an issue with Flame Wizard where they could not use certain skills after Infinity Flame Circle ended.

Fixed an issue with Night Walker where super stance effect was not applied when using Rapid Evasion.

Fixed an issue with Night Walker where the flying stars were not visible to other characters when using Stardust.

Fixed an issue with Evan where MP would be consumed even when Magic Guard was turned off.

Fixed an issue with Mechanic and Wild Hunter where if you were hanging on a rope or ladder while riding Metal Armor: Human or a Jaguar, certain items’ images would not be the same as when hanging on a rope or ladder normally.

Fixed an issue with Demons where their actions were displayed awkwardly to other characters when gliding.

Fixed an issue with Demon Slayer’s Demon Impact – Bonus attack’s icon being awkward.

Fixed an issue with Demon Avenger where after Revenant ended and there was damage remaining from the saved Rage, sometimes the buff icon would not be displayed.

Fixed an issue with Demon Avenger where if they re-used Dimension Sword to defeat monsters during the Glide action, the monsters’ images would continue to be displayed to other characters.

Fixed an issue with Xenon’s Hologram Gravity where if its cooldown was reset because of a cooldown skip effect, sometimes it could not be used properly.

Kaiser’s Advanced Sword Mastery and Blaze Up’s skill descriptions have been made more accurate.

Fixed an issue with Kain where if you used Possess skills after using Grip of Agony, Remain Incense would not be created.

Fixied an issue with Kain’s Shadow Step where sometimes the Dark Sight effect did not apply.

Lara’s Absorption: Desolate Winds’ skill description has been made more accurate.

Fixed an issue with Hoyoung’s Sage Teachings: Dream Garden where if you changed maps while using it and the skill ended, the cooldown would not be lowered.

Monsters

Alleviated an issue in Suu’s electricity pattern where sometimes you could not climb onto the platforms.

Alleviated an issue in Suu’s electricity pattern where sometimes the platforms would not be created.

Fixed an issue in Suu’s electricity pattern where if you used a bind skill as soon as the platforms were created, the electricity would be created.

Developer Notes:

When fighting Suu, there was a strategy where you could use a bind skill when platforms were created and before the electricity appeared to stop the electricty from being created. However, if you used a bind skill as soon as the platforms appeared, the electricity would still be created so we have fixed this.

Fixed an issue in Suu where if you died at the same time as exiting, you would die in the Black Heaven Interior/Core Entrance map.

Fixed an issue in Demian phase 2 where the created Swords of Destruction would not disappear even after Demian was defeated.

Fixed an issue in Demian phase 2 where sometimes the fire bullets pattern’s bullets would disappear.

Fixed an issue in Demian where Demian would continue to use patterns while bound.

Fixed an issue in Guardian Angel Slime where if you used the hidden portal and died at the same time, you would exit and be moved to the entrance map.

Fixed an issue in Will where if you died then resurrected, the character death sound effect would be played one more time.

Fixed an issue in Jin Hilla where if you changed maps while you were hit by a red thread and your soul was being taken, the client would exit.

Fixed an issue in Black Mage where if you changed phases while dead, Buff Freezers could not save your buffs.

Fixed an issue in Chosen Seren where the Dawn’s Guardian shield gauge would appear to remain even after removing it all.

Fixed an issue where if an Elite Monster appeared or was defeated while another weather effect was being outputted, the Elite Monster related weather effect would not be outputted.

Fixed an issue where certain monsters’ silhouettes were not visible.

Quests

Fixed an issue where if you forfeited the Veteran Hunter quest, it would disappear from the list.

Haven’s ‘[Weekly Quest] Mechanical Grave: Modified Laser Android Liberation’ has been changed to ‘[Weekly Quest] Skyline: Modified Laser Android Liberation’ and the NPC has been changed to Skyline 1’s Recon Robot.

The Adventurer riding quests ‘Silver Mane’ and ‘Dragon Rider’ will now remove you from the mounted state when completed.

Fixed an issue in Adele’s ‘Last Call of the Sword 2’ quest where if you had the silhouette option checked, the Adele that appeared’s silhouette was awkward.

Fixed an issue with the ‘Spider Webs and Glue’ quest where it showed the wrong map.

Fixed an issue with the ‘[Yum Yum] After a Too Familiar Appearance’ quest where the Arcane Force limit was not applied when killing 50 monsters.

Fixed an issue in certain quest cutscenes where the character would be displayed in awkward locations intermittently.

Fixed an issue where if you locked an item required to complete a quest, the item would not be taken when completing the quest.

Fixed an issue with the ‘[Limen] Guard Captain Dunkel’ quest where if you used the portal on the left to exit the battle without defeating Dunkel, the dialogue for defeating Dunkel would be outputted.

Fixed an issue with the ‘Strange Puppet’ quest where the number of monsters killed was not displayed properly.

Fixed an issue with Kaiser’s ‘Awakening’ quest where the navigation icon displayed in the quest dialogue was the previous one instead of the current one, so it has been changed to show the current navigation icon.

Fixed an issue with the ‘[Fantastic Theme Park] The World’s Most Exciting 101th Confession’ quest where the speech bubble of the Solo Army Solder NPC was displayed too high in the cutscene.

Fixed an issue with the ‘New Alliance’ quest’s completion information which showed the information of the next quest in the chain.

Fixed an issue with the ‘Fenril’s Concerns 2’ quest’s completion information which showed the information of the next quest in the chain.

Items

Fixed an issue where certain items had awkward images.

Fixed issues with the Food Truck Together Riding (3 people, 5 people).

  • Fixed an issue where the character locations were changed based on the direction when hanging on a rope or ladder.
  • Fixed an issue where Hoyoung and Lara characters’ ears and tails appeared strangely.

Fixed an issue in the World Party Quest map where if you used the Food Truck TOgether Riding (3 people), the characters would not appear normally.

Fixed an issue where sitting on certain chairs had awkward locations.

Fixed an issue where the effects of Monster Park day of the week badges and medals did not apply unless you re-equipped them in maps that removed all buffs upon entry.

Fixed an issue with Demon Avenger’s So Gong’s Gloves, Mu Gong’s Gloves, and Hero’s Gloves where the effect appeared between the character and the wings when gliding.

Fixed an issue where certain actions of the Happy Birthday Overall had a different appearance than the Golden Hands Awards winning image.

Fixed certain pets’ awkward dialogue and images.

Fixed an issue where if two-handed weapon classes equipped the Dragon Master’s Wand, the standby action’s weapon image would be displayed behind the character’s face.

When sitting in the Golden Player Trophy Chair, the chat bubble has been changed to be outputted in an appropriate location.

Fixed an issue where Advanced Boss Killer Potions, Advanced Great Hero Potions, Advanced Penetration Potions, Advanced Great Blessing Potions, and Wealth Acquisition Potions were not saved if you died and reconnected.

Fixed an issue in the character select window where certain cape items equipped by Zero Alpha characters would block the Beta character.

Maps

Fixed an issue in Queen’s Road/Ereb where Shinsoo’s voice could not be heard.

Fixed an issue in Queen’s Road/Ereb where the NPCs’ voices and dialogue did not match.

Fixed an issue when using boss entry portals where intermittently, you could not use the NPC Chat/Harvest key to select options in the boss entery menu.

You can no longer use the exit menu while your character is dead in a Mirror World dungeon.

Fixed an issue in certain Black Heaven maps where if a character fell below the lowest platform then used a Teleport skill, they would not be returned to the top of the platform.

Fixed an issue where if you entered Flag Race while riding a mount, the riding would not be cancelled.

In Moonbridge/Above the Boundary of the World, Moonbridge/Above the Unknown Mist, and Moonbridge/Above the Void Current, summons will no longer be displayed to avoid having them appear awkwardly behind the boat.

To fix the issue in the Hidden Street/Secret Passage map where you could go outside of the elevator using movement skills, you can no longer use movement skills in that map.

Fixed an issue in Orbis/Station <To Ludibrium> and Ludibrium/Station <To Orbis> where the NPC dialogue had information about Airplane ridings even if you didn’t have any.

Fixed an issue with Yum Yum Island’s map mark where the upper left corner was tilted and displayed awkwardly.

Fixed an issue in Tenebris/Towards the Centre, Tenebris/Labyrinth of Suffering Core, Tenebris/Towards the Deepest Part where Androids and pets could not be removed.

UI

Fixed a problem where if you turned off guild member login notifications, the login notifications for buddies that were in the same guild would also not appear.

In the Maple Auction’s weapon detailed search, Blades have been changed to be classified as secondary weapons.

Fixed an issue in the Maple Auction where the detailed stats window overlapped.

Fixed an issue in Reboot World where if you had the storage UI open and tried to go to the Cash Shop using the button, you would not be moved and an incorrect guide message would be activated.

Fixed an issue in the Maple Guide UI where certain special Arcane River content that could only be played by 1 person displayed ‘1 person or more’.

Fixed an issue in the Soul Collector list where checking Soul skills would only display the Magnificent Soul skills’ descriptions.

Fixed an issue where if a guild member lost the ability to manage the guild BBS, they could still edit notices they wrote previously.

Fixed an issue in the guild BBS where the character limit was reduced to 200 characters when editing notices.

Fixed an issue in the Gold Hammer UI where the target item’s icon was displayed in an awkward location.

The character information window has been changed where the character image is outputted only within the left avatar box so that the image does not cover character details.

Fixed an issue in the guild BBS where if you pressed the Recommend button, there would be no response.

When sorting items in the storage, the sorting order has been changed to be the same as the character inventory order for items with expiry dates.

Fixed an issue where the Time Traveler medal was not displayed in the Medal UI’s completion tab.

To fix the issue where you could not change guild members’ ranks if they were characters from a deleted account, characters on deleted accounts will now be automatically kicked when their guild ranking is changed.

The Miracle Circulator UI’s exit button has been removed.

Fixed an issue where if you had the quest alert’s automatic notification turned off and changed maps, the automatic notification would be registered intermittently.

Fixed an issue in the Cash item trade window where you could put in gender restricted Cash items for a gender different than the other person’s or any of their Androids.

The Seed

Fixed an issue on 6F where using the up arrow key at certain locations would appear to teleport you in place.

Fixed an issue on 13F where sometimes monsters would not be summoned.

Fixed an issue on 17F where if Mercedes used their jump, sometimes the client would exit.

Fixed an issue on 17F where using the up arrow key at certain locations would appear to teleport you.

Fixed an issue on 23F where sometimes a message about guiding other adventurers would appear.

On 23F, the text “If you can’t remember, piggyback off someone else!” that appeared when hovering over the sign has been deleted.

On 39F, the example question ‘Which of these is not a reptile monster?’ had Frogs as one of the answers which was the reptile monster category but did not match common sense and caused confusion, so we have changed it to the Blue Flower Serpent.

Fixed an issue on 43F where the reverse keys status could be ignored using certain skills.

The Red Sand Crystals acquired from the Seed’s descriptions have been changed.

Achievements

Fixed an issue where the ‘Legend of Legends 1, 2, 3′ missions’ completion acquirements were achieved but were not processed.

Hungry Muto

Fixed an issue in Hungry Muto’s entry menu where it would inform you that you could acquire rewards instantly even if you could no longer obtain rewards that day.

      The new events in the test server end on December 8, and our Golden Chariot ends on December 29. I think the first patch of the winter update will probably be Dec 8 but it will be one of those small pre-update patches with some events and the first real content patch will be a couple weeks after that. Teaser should be around last week of Nov/first week of Dec!

    Is the 64 but client stable now? I heard good things about it at first, but I’ve also heard that the game was quite broken as well. How is it nowadays?

      Yeah I would say its stable. The first few weeks of when it came out were pretty bad, lots of people had stuttering and lag so they had a bunch of minor patches. At this point I don’t have any issues, but I didn’t really see a noticeable improvement from before tbh, I think people should temper their expectations lol

    oh an hp draining mechanic so they can cover up how weak demon avengers are, since oh look how easy it is to access that low health for damage mechanic… fk u nexon fix demon avengers and xenons poor damage scaling like what was promised! and get rid of this fucking scam you are rolling on demon avengers FFS locking an enormous portion of our damage away in unusable circumstance… be prepared for these idiots to disappoint us just like they have been 6 years and growing. god damned scabs! is not anyone seriously not getting mad enough to take action vs some of nexons executives and large share holders…. where the fk are the maniacs that are ready to slam into their HQ?

    yeah now nexon gonna brain wash everyone to thinking you can access the 35% final damage from demonic frenzy… except in a real bossing end game the scenario is virtually non existant…. gaining like 1% actual final damage when you display how worthless it is in actual bossing real performance. all the people calculating dpm are going to be elevating demon avengers artificially higher since this new dummy lets u create perfect conditions that do not exist in a real bossing scenario… give our class an insane burst so we can bind burst like everyone else….

      or have nexon balance all class scaling for mu lung dojo… that would be the true field leveler… not x class cant get by floor 68 while others can. any class should be viable for over all top slot of all classes. not just adele/heroe/blade master/ds lol

    Can you specifically summon only 1 mob in Foggy Forest (despawn until 1 mob)? If so then it might be the most realistic dummy test to date.
