KMS ver. 1.2.315 – MapleStory 16th Anniversary: Newtro Time!
Another year of spending way too much time, energy, and money on a 2D mushroom game. It’s MapleStory’s 16th anniversary! This year, the event has a retro 16-bit theme, and is titled Newtro Time!
KMS ver. 1.2.309 – MapleStory Adventure: Skill Balancing & Pre-Registration!
The first patch for the winter has been released, and it’s a bit disappointing haha. First of all, this winter’s update is called MapleStory Adventure! There’s not much information about it so far but it does have something to do with a place called Adventure Island.
This patch contains a pre-registration event so technically, the Adventure update will not start until January 10 (official server, test server patch should be on January 3).
This patch also contains the skill balancing from the last test server patch (as well as some extra changes) and the Christmas event for this year. There’s even another Tera Burning event!
KMST ver. 1.2.079 – Winter Class Balancing
Okay so I was wrong, this test server patch (which will be coming to the official servers next week) is not the first one for the winter update. That will actually be on December 27 (and I think even that will be a ‘pre-update’ instead of an actual update). Instead, have some job balancing!
KMS ver. 1.2.307 – Halloween x Haste!
A quiet little patch for this month I would say, just another Haste event with some Halloween flair and an afk event, as well as a bunch of bug fixes!
KMST ver. 1.2.069 – MapleStory: Black Mage Begins!
Yesterday, Nexon held the offline event, MapleStory: The BLACK to announce this summer’s update, which is now confirmed to be called MapleStory: Black Mage! And not too long afterwards, they released most of the patch contents into KMST!!
The conference began with this cool animated video, called Gathering of Heroes. Almost every MapleStory character was featured!
