The first patch of the MapleStory V update has been released! It contains the arrival of the 5th job advancement as well as many system changes, a new UI, improvements based on user comments, the new Road of Vanishing area, and more!

April Fool's Damage Skins

Hope you guys had a good April Fool’s Day! For those of you that did not already realize, my last post was indeed a joke, but the content itself was an event that took place last year that I never covered haha. Nexon Korea’s only April Fool’s Day thing this year was changing everyone’s Damage Skin to one of the ones above randomly for the day (ㅋㅋㅋ is basically haha/lol, so imagine your damage just showing LOLOLOL).

Anyways, a couple of minor patches were released, the first was just bug fixes but the second actually included some extra skill changes so I’ll go over them.

KMS ver. 1.2.254 – Skill Balancing!

The recent skill balancing has been added to the official servers, along with a few extra changes! This patch also has a few boss changes and a new event, and I’ll be talking about an event that passed but had some interesting rewards.

Nexon actually started something new called the Maple Information Center, instead of patch highlights, they’ll be making short videos going over the new content of each patch.
