KMST ver. 1.2.146 – Boss Automatic Matching System
A new test world update was released, and the main thing in this patch is a reorganization of the Boss UI as well as the addition of the Boss Automatic Matching system.
KMS ver. 1.2.368 – MapleStory Ignition: Odium & Maple Vision Talk!
The third and final patch of the MapleStory Ignition update, Odium, has been released. It includes job balancing, the new level 275 area Awakened Laboratory: Odium, as well as various convenience improvements. It also has this year’s Chuseok event, where the summer event’s Ignition Fireworks Festival turns into the Ignition Full Moon Party and the collaboration event with BTS Jin!
In addition, before the patch, they released the 2022 Maple Vision Talk, where Wong-ki talked about MapleStory’s general direction going forward.
Edit: There was a minor patch the next day with a few additional skill changes and bug fixes. I’ll include the skill changes in the main section marked in red but I’ll put the rest in its own section at the bottom.
KMST ver. 1.2.145 – Skill Balancing & Odium
Big patch, long patch notes. I was also like 75% done with the skill changes last night and then my Google Chrome tab crashed and WordPress’ autosave feature didn’t work so I lost all my work and went to sleep mad. There’s still some stuff like the list of monsters added to Monster Collection [Edit: now added thanks to Anonymous in the comments!] and the error fixes but no one cares about that.
On the bright side, Odium is very cool and the BGMs are bangers 🙂
KMS ver. 1.2.362 – Super Haste & Camila’s Pop-Up Store!
This patch contains some job balancing and improvements like reward phases in various bosses as well as the Super Haste and Camila’s Pop-Up Store events! They also added a couple more from KMST, the Jisoo in your MAPLE event (for the MapleStory Ambassador Jisoo) and an April Fool’s Day event.
KMST ver. 1.2.139 – More Job Balancing & Improvements
A new test server patch was released today, with a couple events (Haste & Camilla’s Pop-Up Store) as well as more job balancing and various improvements. From the roadmap they shared for the first half of 2022, the only thing included in this patch is the reward phases for bosses.
This one will hit the official servers next week, and the next test server patch about halfway through April should be MapleStory’s 19th anniversary events.
